波形钢腹板在曲线梁桥中的应用与研究

【摘要】:波形钢腹板箱形梁桥是一种以波形钢板作为腹板的一种新型桥梁,相对于传统的混凝土箱形梁桥,具有自重轻,耐久性好,施工方便等优点,目前,在国内外引起了高度重视。曲线梁桥在城市立交以及山区公路等领域有着广泛的应用,因为波形钢腹板自身的优点,将其应用于曲线箱梁桥中,将会有很好的经济效应。本文重点围绕波形钢腹板曲线梁桥,进行了其相关力学性能的研究。具体完成了以下几个方面的工作:1、在查阅大量文献的基础上,总结了波纹钢腹板箱梁的受力特点,主要包括其轴向性能、弯曲性能、剪切以及扭转的力学性能,同时分析了曲线梁桥的受力特点。2、结合波纹钢腹板现有的几何参数,对其在曲线梁桥中的布置,提出了要考虑内折角和外折角的区别,并分析了内外折角和曲线半径的关系。并对波纹钢腹板曲线梁桥中单箱单室和单箱双室的截面布置形式进行了分析。3、结合波纹钢腹板箱梁的特点,在考虑竖向挠曲,腹板剪切,扭转和外荷载情形下,推导了它们共同作用时梁体的总势能,导出了波纹钢腹板曲线梁桥的弯扭耦合表达式,并提出了波纹钢腹板简支曲线梁桥的简化计算方法,同时对两跨连续波纹钢腹板曲线梁桥的抗倾覆性能进行了研究,可为以后相关设计提供参考。4、通过有限元数值模拟,分析了不同波纹腹板厚度,不同波高对波纹钢腹板曲线梁桥的竖向挠曲,纵向翘曲和关键截面应力的影响。并分析了端支座和中支座布置的不同,对波形钢腹板曲线梁桥挠度和应力以及支座反力的影响。同时分析了波纹钢腹板曲线梁桥和混凝土腹板曲线梁桥在挠度和翘曲方面的差异。
[Abstract]:Corrugated steel web box girder bridge is a new type of bridge with corrugated steel plate as web plate. Compared with the traditional concrete box girder bridge, it has the advantages of light weight, good durability, convenient construction and so on. At present, it has attracted great attention at home and abroad. Curved girder bridges are widely used in urban interchanges and mountain highways. Because of the advantages of corrugated steel webs, the application of curved girder bridges in curved box girder bridges will have a good economic effect. In this paper, the related mechanical properties of corrugated steel web curved girder bridge are studied. Having done the following work: 1, on the basis of consulting a large number of documents, the mechanical characteristics of corrugated steel web box girders are summarized, including their axial properties, bending properties, shear and torsional mechanical properties. At the same time, the stress characteristics of curved girder bridges are analyzed. Combining with the existing geometric parameters of corrugated steel webs, the difference between internal and external bending angles is proposed for the arrangement of corrugated steel webs in curved girder bridges, and the relationship between internal and external bending angles and curve radius is analyzed. The section layout of single box single chamber and single box double chamber in corrugated steel web curved girder bridge is analyzed. Combined with the characteristics of corrugated steel web box girder, the vertical deflection, web shear, torsion and external load are considered. In this paper, the total potential energy of beam body under the interaction of them is derived, the coupled expression of bending and torsion of corrugated steel web curved girder bridge is derived, and the simplified calculation method of corrugated steel web simply supported curved beam bridge is presented. At the same time, the anti-overturning performance of two-span continuous corrugated steel web curved girder bridge is studied, which can provide reference for related design in the future. Through finite element numerical simulation, different corrugated web thickness is analyzed. The influence of different wave heights on the vertical deflection, longitudinal warping and key section stress of corrugated steel web curved girder bridge. The effect of the arrangement of end support and middle support on deflection, stress and support reaction force of corrugated steel web curved girder bridge is analyzed. The deflection and warpage of corrugated steel web curved girder bridge and concrete web curved girder bridge are analyzed.
