骨架密实型水泥微黏结碎石级配设计与性能研究

【摘要】:为了减缓传统半刚性基层收缩开裂和路面反射裂缝,采用逐级填充法和n法分别设计粗、细集料级配,利用无侧限抗压强度试验和干缩试验控制粗、细集料比例,形成两种设计级配下的骨架密实型级配碎石材料。通过强度试验,对比分析设计级配下与规范级配中值下水泥微黏结碎石的力学性能,最后进行冻融循环试验、水稳定性试验、干缩试验,分析试件路用性能随水泥剂量增加的变化规律。结果表明:推荐级配下的水泥微黏结碎石具有良好的路用性能,进而验证了提出的设计级配的优越性;并确定水泥微黏结级配碎石合理水泥剂量为3.0%。
[Abstract]:In order to slow down the shrinkage cracking and reflection crack of traditional semi-rigid base, coarse and fine aggregate gradation was designed by step filling method and n method, and the ratio of coarse and fine aggregate was controlled by unconfined compressive strength test and dry shrinkage test. Two kinds of skeleton dense grained macadam materials are formed under design gradation. Through strength test, the mechanical properties of cement micro-bonded macadam under design gradation and standard gradation were compared and analyzed. Finally, freeze-thaw cycle test, water stability test, dry shrinkage test were carried out. The variation of road performance with the increase of cement dose is analyzed. The results show that the cement microbonded macadam with recommended grading has good road performance, and the superiority of the proposed design gradation is verified, and the reasonable cement dosage is determined to be 3.0%.
