青岛地铁延安三路站双侧壁导坑施工工法优化研究

【摘要】:随着社会的进步与科学技术的不断发展,地上空间资源日显不足。尤其是大中城市,由于地面空间资源的过度占用,使城市的交通、环境、商业等受到了巨大的影响。地下施工技术的发展与创新,使地下空间的大范围开发与利用成为可能。尤其是地下暗挖施工,具有不破坏人文与自然环境,有限度的影响人们的正常生活,并对地面现有建筑与交通不造成影响等特点,越来越成为地下工程施工的主要方式。城市地铁,有效的缓解了地面的交通压力,方便了人们的出行,目前得到了蓬勃发展。而作为地铁交通主要组成部分的地铁车站,在不具备明挖法施工的条件下,由于一般具有埋深浅、跨度大、结构高、地质差的特点,所以多层双侧壁导坑暗挖法施工对其有很好的适应性,被越来越多的采用。青岛地铁一期工程(3号线)延安三路站,车站总长201.4m,车站主体开挖断面宽22.52m,高18.141m,拱顶埋深13.4m左右,拱顶大部分位于强风化带下亚带,拱顶围岩Ⅳ~Ⅴ级。该段地下暗挖施工中为了进一步提高安全性和经济性,我们对施工方法方案、工艺、材料、参数、设备配套、组织协调等进一步研究。通过实践和总结提高,形成本工法,为今后类似工程的施工提供了参考。多层双侧壁导坑施工工法对已有的双侧壁导坑法工艺进行了优化与拓展,先形成二次衬砌拱圈,再挖除中间部分岩体;采用上下层从不同的通道出碴,保证施工安全的前提下,实现了上下层之间的交叉作业,达到了上下层同时进行开挖的目的,加快了施工进度;双侧壁开挖完成后,进行中间拱部岩体的小高度开挖,然后进行从底部开始的二次衬砌工作,避免了原方法中开挖与二次衬砌的多次工艺转换,保证了科学的施工流水生产;在保证施工安全的前提下,对临时竖向与横向中壁等的拆除按照纵向分段跳拆,高度上衬砌到哪拆哪的方式拆除,使受力体系转换科学高效,加快了施工进度,降低了施工成本;中间岩体的开挖时,临时竖向隔壁有效的阻止了爆破对已成二次衬砌结构表面的破坏。
[Abstract]:With the progress of society and the continuous development of science and technology, the above-ground space resources are increasingly insufficient. Especially in large and medium cities, traffic, environment, commerce and so on have been greatly affected by the excessive occupation of ground space resources. The development and innovation of underground construction technology make the development and utilization of underground space possible. Especially the underground excavation construction has the characteristics of not destroying human and natural environment, limited influence on people's normal life, and no influence on the existing buildings and traffic on the ground, which has become the main way of underground engineering construction more and more. Urban subway, effective relief of the ground traffic pressure, convenient for people to travel, has been booming. The subway station, which is the main component of subway traffic, has the characteristics of shallow buried depth, large span, high structure and poor geology under the condition of not having the open excavation method. Therefore, the multi-layer double-sidewall tunnel excavation method has a good adaptability to it, and is used more and more. The first phase of Qingdao Metro (Line 3) Yan'an third Road Station, the total length of the station is 201.4m, the main excavation section width of the station is 22.52 m, the height is 18.141 m, the depth of the arch is about 13.4 m, the arch roof is mostly located in the subzone below the strong weathering zone, and the surrounding rock of the arch roof is grade 鈪,
