非晶合金纤维特性及其增强混凝土研究综述

【摘要】:在混凝土中掺入纤维是提高基体韧性,抑制其收缩开裂,获得高性能混凝土的有效途径之一。新型非晶合金纤维(或称金属玻璃带)具有优良的力学性能和抗腐蚀特性,制备的混凝土复合材料比强度高、比模量大、柔韧性和耐腐蚀性能好。介绍了非晶合金纤维材料的发展概况和主要特性,重点阐述了非晶合金纤维增强混凝土的力学性能和抗腐蚀性能研究现状,并指出非晶合金纤维在增强混凝土领域的应用前景及存在主要问题。
[Abstract]:Adding fiber in concrete is one of the effective ways to improve the toughness of the matrix and restrain the shrinkage and cracking of the concrete. The new amorphous alloy fiber (or metal glass belt) has excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. The prepared concrete composite has high specific strength, large specific modulus, good flexibility and corrosion resistance. The development and main characteristics of amorphous alloy fiber materials are introduced. The research status of mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of amorphous alloy fiber reinforced concrete is emphasized, and the application prospect and main problems of amorphous alloy fiber in reinforced concrete are also pointed out.
