基于施工缺陷的公路隧道结构影响分析与病軎防治研究

【摘要】:随着我国高等级公路的飞速发展,公路隧道建设数量和规模日益增多。但是隧道的运营现状却不容乐观,有相当比例的隧道存在着不同程度的病害问题。隧道病害的诱因有很多,其中由于初期支护厚度减薄与衬砌背后空洞两种施工缺陷而引起的病害问题比较常见。施工缺陷引起的隧道病害对隧道施工过程的安全性及隧道建成后的长期运营构成了很大的威胁,给公路交通造成恶劣影响和重大损失。因此,对由施工缺陷及其引起的隧道病害进行结构安全稳定性研究,对其处治措施进行探讨,具有重要理论意义和工程实用价值。1.本文依据隧道病害研究现状,运用数值模拟方法建立三维弹塑性模型,模拟公路隧道Ⅳ级围岩,台阶法开挖,分析动态开挖过程中围岩与衬砌结构的位移、应力变化及结构安全性。2.模拟衬砌背后存在不同方向、不同规模、不同位置的空洞以及初期支护厚度不同减薄程度,对隧道结构的应力、应变进行对比分析,对结构的安全性进行评估,分析缺陷隧道破坏形式。3.运用数值模拟,对须处治工况采用回填注浆方法进行加固,采取两种回填时机,对比分析空洞回填前后以及不同回填时机隧道结构的回填效果。4.总结施工中施工缺陷的成因、危害及表现形式,指出防止建议、检查方法以及缺陷病害的整治措施。通过对隧道施工缺陷病害总结,对存在施工缺陷病害隧道数值模拟计算结果进行分析,认为衬砌厚度不足及衬砌背后空洞的存在对围岩与支护结构的安全稳定产生极不利的影响,不同位置、不同方向、不同规模的空洞对结构的影响程度也不相同。回填注浆是这两种施工缺陷优先选择的处治措施,对改善围岩为支护结构的应力状态及稳定有明显效果,施工缺陷的处理应做到早发现,早处理。应该选择安全合理经济的整治措施,对施工缺陷及其产生的病害进行维修加固。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of high-grade highways in China, the number and scale of highway tunnels are increasing day by day. However, the current situation of tunnel operation is not optimistic, a considerable proportion of tunnels have different degrees of disease problems. There are many inducements for tunnel diseases, among which the defects caused by the thinning of the initial support thickness and the cavity behind the lining are common. The tunnel diseases caused by the construction defects pose a great threat to the safety of the tunnel construction process and the long-term operation of the tunnel after the completion of the tunnel, and cause bad effects and heavy losses to the highway traffic.
