粉料撒布车除尘器设计

【摘要】:为了控制粉料撒布车加料和撒布时的扬尘污染,对国内外同类产品的典型除尘方式的结构与原理进行了总结,并分析了各自的优缺点,提出了将脉冲喷吹滤筒式除尘器用于粉料撒布车除尘的解决方案,给出了除尘器主要参数的计算方法和关键设计要点;指出通过合理控制撒布辊转速和设计吸尘装置可以有效地控制撒布扬尘,并给出了吸尘装置的引风机流量的计算方法。实践证明,据此设计的粉料撒布车脉冲喷吹滤筒式除尘器的排放浓度满足环保要求。
[Abstract]:In order to control dust pollution caused by powder distributing vehicle feeding and dispersing, the structure and principle of typical dust removal methods of similar products at home and abroad are summarized, and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. In this paper, the solution of applying the pulse injection filter barrel dust collector to dust removal by powder distributor is put forward, and the calculation method and key design points of the main parameters of the dust collector are given. It is pointed out that the spread dust can be effectively controlled by reasonably controlling the rotation speed of the spreading roller and designing the dust suction device, and the calculation method of the flow rate of the induced fan of the dust suction device is given. It has been proved by practice that the emission concentration of the pulse-injection filter drum dust collector based on this design meets the requirements of environmental protection.
