双钢轮压路机的非线性建模及其传动干扰分析

【摘要】:根据双钢轮振动压路机的整机结构特点和双激振工作特性,充分考虑前后随振土对压实系统的非线性振动耦合,建立了7自由度动力学跳振模型,基于周期内连耦—脱耦—再连耦的分解思路,以YZC12型压路机为算例,分析在平稳接触、轻微碰撞和强烈碰撞3种不同压实工况下系统的非线性振动响应.结果表明,前后轮跳振产生的运动偏移量是产生传动干扰的主要原因,随着代表不同密实度的压实进程土壤参数变化,系统时域波形出现简谐波式畸变,一阶、二阶和四阶频谱出现分数倍亚谐波和高次超谐波非线性响应直至进入混沌,同时行驶速度主要影响前后随振土的力学参数,进而影响前后轮的运动差异.通过主动控制机架与振动轮的一级减振系统参数可以明显弱化系统的非线性振动响应和前后轮的压实传动干扰.
[Abstract]:According to the structural characteristics of the double steel wheel vibratory roller and the working characteristics of the double excitation vibration, a 7 DOF dynamic vibration hopping model is established by fully considering the nonlinear vibration coupling of the front and rear vibrational soil to the compaction system. Taking YZC12 roller as an example, the nonlinear vibration response of the system under three different compaction conditions, namely stationary contact, slight impact and strong impact, is analyzed based on the idea of decomposition of continuous coupling, decoupling and recoupling within the period. The results show that the movement offset caused by the front and rear wheel vibration is the main reason for the transmission interference. With the change of soil parameters representing different compaction degrees, the time-domain waveform of the system appears harmonic distortion, first order. The second and fourth order frequency spectra show fractional subharmonic and high order super harmonic nonlinear response until they enter chaos. At the same time the driving speed mainly affects the mechanical parameters of the front and rear wheels and then the difference of the front and rear wheels. The nonlinear vibration response of the system and the compaction drive interference of the front and rear wheels can be obviously weakened by the parameters of the first-order damping system of the active control frame and the vibration wheel.
