连续长下坡路段事故预测与防治技术研究

【摘要】:本文在分析连续长下坡路段事故特征及原因的基础上,首先对三种货车制动鼓温升模型的特点和适用范围等进行了分析比较,最后选用无辅助制动下的制动鼓温升模型作为事故预测的工具,建立了基于车辆制动失效与道路纵坡关系的长下坡路段事故预测方法;与此同时,本文还分析了常用的道路安全性评价方法,并参照《公路项目安全性评价指南》方法,建立了基于道路线形设计安全性评价的长下坡路段事故预测方法。两种方法相互补充和验证,能够有效提高事故预测的准确性。在此基础上,本文还结合连续长下坡路段的事故特点和安全保障要求,系统研究了连续长下坡路段的安全防治技术,为连续长下坡路段的事故防治工作提供了理论指导与技术支持。结合两种方法预测出的长下坡路段事故多发点,考虑路段的实际情况,对于已建成公路的长下坡路段,主要考虑对事故多发点采取相应的被动防护措施,包括安全保障设施建设、紧急避险车道设置等,使车辆在长下坡路段尽可能安全的行驶;对于新建或拟建公路的长下坡路段,由于缺乏事故资料,结合两种方法预测出的长下坡路段事故多发点,主要考虑采取相关的主动防治措施,包括公路纵坡设计优化、信息告知系统与紧急救援系统构建、交通安全设施设计等,这样可以有效预防事故的发生;对于不同类型及不同等级的公路长下坡路段,都应该加强路段的安全管理,这主要包括安全宣传与教育与路段限速标准的确定等。将管理措施与防治措施相结合可以有效的地预防长下坡路段交通事故的发生。通过本文的研究可以为如何预测连续长下坡路段的事故多发点提供依据,结合研究出的基于车辆制动失效的长下坡路段事故预测方法,分析以运行速度为基础的长下坡路段安全性评价方法及评价结果,对可能的事故多发点加强相应防治措施的实施,对我国公路连续长下坡路段事故的防治具有实际指导意义。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the accident characteristics and causes of the continuous long downhill section, this paper first analyzes and compares the characteristics and applicable scope of the three kinds of truck brake drum temperature rise models. Finally, the model of temperature rise of brake drum without auxiliary braking is chosen as the tool of accident prediction, and the method of predicting long downhill road accident based on the relationship between vehicle braking failure and road longitudinal slope is established, at the same time, This paper also analyzes the commonly used methods of road safety evaluation, and establishes a method of accident prediction for long downhill road sections based on safety evaluation of road line design, referring to the method of highway project safety evaluation. The two methods complement and verify each other, which can effectively improve the accuracy of accident prediction. On this basis, combined with the accident characteristics and safety requirements of the continuous long downhill section, the paper systematically studies the safety prevention and treatment technology of the continuous long downhill road section. It provides theoretical guidance and technical support for accident prevention and treatment of continuous long downhill sections. Considering the actual situation of the long downhill road section, considering the actual situation of the long downhill road section predicted by two methods, the corresponding passive protection measures are mainly considered for the long downhill section of the highway that has already been built. Including the construction of safety and security facilities and the setting of emergency safe havens, so that vehicles can drive safely in long downhill sections as far as possible. For long downhill sections of new or planned highways, due to the lack of accident data, Combined with the two methods to predict the accident prone points of long downhill road sections, the main consideration is to take relevant active prevention measures, including highway longitudinal slope design optimization, information notification system and emergency rescue system construction, traffic safety facilities design, etc. For different types and different grades of long downhill road sections, the safety management of road sections should be strengthened, which mainly includes safety propaganda and education and determination of speed limit standards of road sections and so on. The combination of management measures and prevention measures can effectively prevent traffic accidents in long downhill sections. The research in this paper can provide the basis for how to predict the accident prone points of continuous long downhill sections, combined with the study of the long downhill road accident prediction method based on vehicle brake failure. This paper analyzes the safety evaluation method and evaluation results of long downhill road sections based on running speed, strengthens the implementation of corresponding prevention measures for possible accident prone areas, and has practical guiding significance for the prevention and treatment of accidents in continuous downhill sections of highways in China.
