顶管隧道施工引起地表沉降的有限元法分析

【摘要】:郑州市为了缓解城市交通压力,在兴建城市轨道交通系统的同时也在进行各种道路下穿隧道的建设工程。为了减小施工对道路交通的影响,郑州市中州大道红专路下穿隧道采用顶管法进行施工。同时,研究隧道施工引起的地表沉陷问题也是必要的。本文通过分析顶管隧道施工对地表变形的影响,研究顶管隧道引起地表沉降的规律,同时使用相关有限元分析软件建立物理模型,验证模型的适用性和可靠性。 本文的主要研究方法是: 1)通过查阅文献与分析,研究隧道施工引起地表沉降的一般规律;之后结合顶管法隧道施工的特殊施工工艺和工程实例的特定地质、环境条件,总结顶管法隧道施工引起地表沉降的规律; 2)通过对实际工程的实地监测,并对数据进行计算、处理与分析,研究实际工程的地表沉降规律; 3)选用适宜、合理的相关参数,使用有限元分析软件MIDAS-GTS建立物理模型模拟顶管隧道施工过程,并对模型进行计算,得出结果,通过模拟结果与实测数据的对比,验证模型是否适用。 通过研究、计算与分析,本文得出了顶管法隧道施工引起地表沉降的规律及其特殊性,同时地表最大沉降的实测结果与模型计算结果相差小于2mm,其他点位沉降相差也非常小,验证了模型的可靠性。 在分析地表沉降规律时,除研究其一般规律外,需要结合顶管法隧道施工的特殊工艺及特殊地质进行分析,得出顶管法施工对于注浆的依赖与要求相对其他施工工艺更高的结论;同时,建立模型时需要选择合适的土质参数、土体本构模型、施工阶段等,并需要反复计算与调整,才能使模型更加接近实际。
[Abstract]:In order to alleviate the urban traffic pressure in Zhengzhou, the construction of tunnel construction under various roads is also carried out at the same time in the construction of urban rail transit system. In order to reduce the impact of construction on the road traffic, the tunnel under the red school road of Zhongzhou Avenue in Zhengzhou is constructed by pipe jacking. By analyzing the influence of tunnel construction on surface deformation, this paper studies the law of ground subsidence caused by pipe jacking tunnel, and uses the related finite element analysis software to establish the physical model to verify the applicability and reliability of the model.
The main research methods of this paper are as follows:
1) through consulting literature and analysis, the general law of ground subsidence caused by tunnel construction is studied, and then the law of ground subsidence caused by tunnel construction by pipe jacking method is summed up by combining special construction technology of tunnel construction with pipe jacking method and specific geological and environmental conditions of engineering examples.
2) through the actual monitoring of the actual project, and the data calculation, processing and analysis, to study the surface settlement law of the actual project;
3) select the appropriate and reasonable relevant parameters and use the finite element analysis software MIDAS-GTS to establish the physical model to simulate the construction process of the pipe jacking tunnel, and calculate the model, and get the result. By comparing the simulated results with the measured data, the model is verified to be applicable.
Through the study, calculation and analysis, the law and particularity of the ground settlement caused by pipe jacking tunnel construction are obtained. At the same time, the difference between the measured results of the maximum surface subsidence and the model calculation is less than 2mm, and the difference of the other point settlement is very small, which verifies the reliability of the model.
In the analysis of the law of ground subsidence, in addition to studying its general rules, it is necessary to combine the special process and special geology of the tunnel construction with the pipe jacking method, and obtain the conclusion that the roof pipe method is more dependent on the grouting and the requirements relative to the other construction technology. At the same time, the suitable soil parameters and soil constitutive model should be selected when the model is established. Type, construction stage, etc., and need to be repeatedly calculated and adjusted to make the model more realistic.
