城市电动汽车充换电站选址优化研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着经济社会的高速发展,电动汽车技术的发展引起了众多关注。充换电设施作为普及电动汽车的配套设施,它的普及制约和影响着电动汽车的市场拓展。在城市内系统建设充换电设施网络有利于电动汽车市场的推广,研究充换电站的选址优化理论有助于充换电站规模化建设。对比分析了电动汽车的能源补充模式及充换电设施的建设模式,明确了充换电站的建设要求,从市场经济学的角度运用bass市场扩散模型对电动汽车的市场分担率进行预测,依据建立的电动汽车bass扩散模型来计算规划区域电动汽车保有量,分别计算电动汽车不同能源补充模式下的充换电需求量以及各类充换电设施的规模,基于此研究电动汽车充换电站选址优化。电动汽车充换电站的优化选址有别于传统能源补充类站点,其不同的特性决定了其选址方法的不同。本文从不同角度考虑充换电站的建站特点,分别分析考虑租赁服务、用户充换电成本以及充换电优先通道三种情况下充换电站选址的影响因素,考虑拟建站址个数及充换电需求为约束,以成本最小为目标函数,构建了基于运输规划模型的考虑电动汽车租赁服务的换电站选址模型、基于P-median模型的考虑用户充换电成本的充换电站优化选址模型,分析了加入优先通道之后的充换电站优化选址模型的变化。使用本文的优化选址模型对北京市电动汽车充换电站进行规划选址,通过对算例优化的结果可以得出,该模型能够对规划区域内的充换电站选址问题进行优化,使规划区域内的充换电站总成本最小,表明本文提出的研究选址问题的方法具有一定合理性和可操作性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economy and society, the development of electric vehicle technology has attracted a lot of attention. As a necessary facility for popularizing electric vehicles, the popularization of charging and switching facilities restricts and affects the market expansion of electric vehicles. It is helpful to popularize the electric vehicle market by constructing the network of charging and switching facilities in the city, and studying the theory of location optimization of the filling and changing power station is helpful to the large-scale construction of the charging and changing power station. This paper compares and analyzes the energy supplementary mode of electric vehicle and the construction mode of charging and changing facilities, clarifies the construction requirements of charging and changing power station, and forecasts the market share rate of electric vehicle by using bass market diffusion model from the point of view of market economy. According to the bass diffusion model of electric vehicle, the quantity of electric vehicle in planning area is calculated, and the demand for charge and replacement of electric vehicle under different energy supplementary mode and the scale of all kinds of charging and switching facilities are calculated, respectively. Based on this, the location optimization of electric vehicle filling and replacing power station is studied. The optimal location of electric vehicle recharge power station is different from that of the traditional energy supply station, and its different characteristics determine the different location methods. In this paper, the characteristics of charging and switching stations are considered from different angles, and the factors influencing the location of charging and switching stations are analyzed under the consideration of rental service, user charging and switching cost, and priority channels for charging and switching. Considering the number of stations to be built and the demand for charging and exchanging electricity as constraints, and taking the minimum cost as the objective function, a model of location selection of power station with consideration of electric vehicle rental service is constructed based on transportation planning model. Based on P-median model, the optimal location model of charging and switching power station considering the cost of user charging and switching is proposed, and the change of optimal location model of charging power station after adding priority channel is analyzed. The optimal location model is used to plan the location of the electric vehicle filling and replacing power station in Beijing. Through the optimization of the example, it can be concluded that the model can optimize the location problem of the charging and changing power station in the planning area. It is shown that the method proposed in this paper is reasonable and feasible to study the location problem by minimizing the total cost of charging and replacing power stations in the planning area.
