基于实时信息的集装箱码头集卡调度优化

【摘要】:随着中国进出口贸易的日益增长,国内各大港口面临着巨大的货物吞吐量带来的挑战。集装箱码头作为现代港口主要的进出口货物集散地,提升集装箱码头集卡的调度效率与集装箱的运转效率,具有重要的意义和经济价值。本文以国内某大型港口的集装箱码头为背景,模拟集装箱码头实际的作业流程,充分考虑集装箱码头的并发性和随机性,构建了集装箱码头集卡调度及设备运行的仿真系统。分析集装箱码头不同作业类型的特点,设计了不同的集卡调度算法,并将算法应用于仿真系统中进行验证。首先,本文根据集装箱码头内装卸船作业的高时效性和桥吊效率优先的特点,基于码头内集卡的定位系统设计了一种内集卡共享式实时调度算法。其次,在码头外集卡的调度上,针对空箱直提等时效性高的作业类型,提出了一种外集卡反馈式实时调度算法。算法综合考虑装卸机械的装卸效率及集卡的运行效率,为每个装卸机械设置集卡等待队列及集卡调度队列,根据闸口信息系统获取的集卡位置来对集卡进行实时的调度。再者,针对时效性要求不高的作业类型,本文提出了一种外集卡作业线搭配调度算法,算法根据任务池中的任务信息及集卡的位置信息,为集卡搭配作业路线,使得集卡完成固定数量任务的时间最短。
[Abstract]:With the increasing import and export trade in China, the domestic ports are facing the challenge of huge cargo throughput. Container terminal as the main import and export cargo distribution center in modern port, it is of great significance and economic value to improve the dispatching efficiency of container terminal card and the efficiency of container operation. This paper takes the container terminal of a large port in China as the background, simulates the actual operation flow of the container terminal, fully considers the concurrency and randomness of the container terminal, and constructs a simulation system of the container terminal card collection scheduling and equipment operation. This paper analyzes the characteristics of different types of operations in container terminals, designs different card collection scheduling algorithms, and applies them to the simulation system for verification. Firstly, according to the characteristics of high efficiency of loading and unloading in container terminal and priority of crane efficiency, this paper designs a real-time scheduling algorithm based on the positioning system of container terminal. Secondly, a feedback real-time scheduling algorithm is proposed for the scheduling of off-board card, which is of high time-efficiency, such as the empty container is carried out directly. The algorithm synthetically considers the loading and unloading efficiency of the loading and unloading machinery and the running efficiency of the collecting card, sets up the card waiting queue and the card dispatching queue for each loading and unloading machine, and carries out the real-time dispatching of the card according to the location of the card collected by the gate information system. Furthermore, for the types of jobs with low timeliness requirements, this paper proposes a scheduling algorithm for the job line collocation of the external card. The algorithm is based on the task information in the task pool and the location information of the collection card, and the algorithm is the card matching operation route, which is based on the task information in the task pool and the location information of the collection card. Make the set card complete a fixed number of tasks in the shortest time.
