非开挖式地聚合物注浆技术研究与应用

【摘要】:从水泥路面与沥青路面早期病害调查情况来看,层间脱空和层间不粘结或粘结力小是造成路面早期损坏的重要原因之一。因此,对水泥混凝土路面和沥青混凝土路面的基层、底基层和面层进行早期预防性养护,填充层间脱空和加固层间粘结,提高路面整体承载能力,封闭面层裂缝,防止水分下渗到路面结构层内,可大大减少后期路面的损坏,延长道路使用寿命。为此,本论文在水泥注浆等国内外研究的基础上,进行室内试验,优化各项性能指标,成功研发适合路面结构补强的地聚合物注浆材料。其性能较传统水泥注浆材料有流动性好、强度高、凝结时间短、无泌水性和收缩性好等优点。结合理论分析与试验工程检验,对地聚合物注浆进行非开挖结构补强加固与病害处治施工工艺研究,确定地聚合物注浆技术的施工工艺及注浆施工设计参数(注浆压力、注浆孔布设形式、注浆孔距等)。通过实体工程应用研究,提出地聚合物注浆处治施工质量验收标准。依托实体工程,通过对路面进行非开挖式结构补强与病害处治,旧路面病害得到较为彻底的处治,提高了病害处路面的残余强度,且病害处治后的路面性能达到同一道路完好路面的技术标准。该注浆处治技术对病害处治针对性强、修复时间短、维修费用较传统工艺显著降低,对于大交通量的公路养护具有明显的社会意义和经济效益,是一种行之有效的道路加固处理方法。
[Abstract]:According to the investigation of the early disease of cement pavement and asphalt pavement, one of the important reasons for the early damage of pavement is interlayer void and non-bond between layers. Therefore, for the cement concrete pavement and asphalt concrete pavement base, the base course and the surface of the early preventive maintenance, filling between the void and consolidation layer bond, improve the overall bearing capacity of the pavement, close the cracks in the surface, Preventing moisture from penetrating into pavement structure layer can greatly reduce the damage of pavement and prolong the service life of road. Therefore, on the basis of domestic and international research, this paper has carried out laboratory tests, optimized various performance indexes, and successfully developed geopolymer grouting materials suitable for pavement structure reinforcement. Its performance is better than that of traditional cement grouting material, such as good fluidity, high strength, short setting time, no bleeding and good shrinkage. Combined with theoretical analysis and experimental engineering inspection, the construction technology of reinforcement and treatment of diseases of geopolymer grouting structure is studied, and the construction technology and design parameters (grouting pressure) of geopolymer grouting technology are determined. Grouting hole layout, grouting hole spacing, etc. Through the application research of solid engineering, the acceptance standard of construction quality of geopolymer grouting treatment is put forward. Relying on the solid engineering, through strengthening and treating the road surface with non-excavated structure, the disease of the old pavement is treated thoroughly, and the residual strength of the pavement in the diseased area is improved. And the pavement performance after the disease treatment reached the technical standard of the same road intact pavement. The grouting treatment technology has strong pertinence, short repair time, lower maintenance cost than traditional technology, which has obvious social significance and economic benefit for highway maintenance of large traffic volume. It is an effective method for road reinforcement.
