基于实时交通流的大窑湾港区干线协调控制研究

【摘要】:很多的干线协调控制研究主要都是对城市路网的研究,其目的是为了减少时间的延误,防止过多的燃料浪费,减少车辆在行驶途中的延误时间,增强交通干线的通行能力等。本文是对大窑湾港区的交通干线金港路进行研究,因为金港路是进出港区的主要道路,而进出港口的车辆类型主要是集卡,为重型车,行驶速度较小,一般在20~35km/h,且在一个波动范围内,这样的速度限制,以及易形成车队,是有利于实现干线协调的。这样能减小集卡的排队现象,而集疏运系统的好坏影响着船舶在港时间,因此港口区域实现干线协调控制,能有效地减少船舶和集卡的等待时间和排队,提高港口的作业效率。文章首先介绍了交通信号控制的信号相位、基本控制参数等,及干线协调的适用条件,随后分析了评价指标等理论基础。在进行信号配时时,首先要调查获得交通流量数据,并对数据进行分析。通过实地调研了解到大窑湾港区金港路的道路情况,及三个相邻交叉口的实际情况,并进行流量的统计。根据对流量的分析,确定了基于实时交通流的干线协调设计,这是由于港口区域的交通流有特殊的特点,高峰时间段与城市路网不同。在流量高峰阶段,采用感应式信号控制的方法来实现干线协调控制;在流量平峰阶段,采用基于Webster理论延误最小的干线定时控制,从而实现了分组的干线协调控制。最后通过仿真软件Vissim对金港路路段进行仿真,并对实验结果加以分析,通过对评价指标的分析可以看出,对金港路实行干线协调控制能取得较好的效果。
[Abstract]:Many studies on coordinated control of trunk lines are mainly focused on urban road networks, the purpose of which is to reduce the delay of time, prevent excessive fuel waste, reduce the delay time of vehicles on the road, and enhance the traffic capacity of the trunk lines. This paper studies Jingang Road, a traffic trunk line in Dayaowan Port area, because Jingang Road is the main road in and out of the port area, and the type of vehicles entering and leaving the port is mainly a collection card, which is a heavy vehicle, and its driving speed is relatively small. Generally at 20 / 35km / h, and within a range of fluctuations, this speed limit, as well as easy motorcade formation, is conducive to trunk alignment. In this way, the queuing phenomenon of the card can be reduced, and the quality of the collecting and distributing system will affect the ship's time in port, so the coordinated control of the trunk line in the port area can effectively reduce the waiting time and queue of the ship and the card, and improve the operation efficiency of the port. This paper first introduces the signal phase, basic control parameters, and applicable conditions of trunk line coordination of traffic signal control, and then analyzes the theoretical basis of evaluation index. In signal matching, the first step is to investigate and analyze the traffic flow data. Through field investigation, the road situation of Jingang Road in Dayaowan Port District and the actual situation of three adjacent intersections are found out, and the traffic flow is counted. According to the analysis of traffic flow, the coordinated design of trunk line based on real-time traffic flow is determined, which is due to the special characteristics of traffic flow in port area and the difference between peak period and urban road network. In the peak phase of the flow, the method of inductive signal control is used to realize the coordinated control of the trunk line, and in the phase of the flow leveling, the trunk line timing control based on Webster theory with the minimum delay is used to realize the coordinated control of the trunk line of the grouping. Finally, the simulation software Vissim is used to simulate the road section of Jingang Road, and the experimental results are analyzed. Through the analysis of the evaluation index, it can be seen that the coordinated control of the trunk line of Jingang Road can achieve good results.
