【摘要】:废旧陶瓷是陶瓷生产过程中产生的废料,大量的废瓷的堆积对环境造成巨大危害。本文将废旧陶瓷用于生产道路砖,变废为宝,进行二次利用,减少了对环境的污染,同时节省了矿产资源,对环境和矿产资源的可持续发展具有重大意义。烧结道路砖适用于北方等冰雪天气较多的地域,免烧道路砖适用于南方雨水比较充沛的地域。由于废瓷粉的化学组成与高岭土相差不大,大量掺入不会对烧结道路砖造成不良影响,对免烧道路砖可以起到骨料的作用。因此本论文对废瓷再利用制作烧结道路砖和免烧道路砖进行研究。本论文研究对于废旧陶瓷的资源化再利用,使之变废为宝,同时扩大道路砖生产的原料来源,具有重要的现实意义。本文的研究重点是利用废旧陶瓷制作烧结道路砖和免烧道路砖,主要内容如下:1、对道路砖所需的原料进行化学矿物分析,并对废旧陶瓷制作道路转的工艺流程以及性能测试方法进行了详细描述。2、对烧结道路砖和免烧道路砖进行了初步试验,确定制备性能较好的道路砖颗粒级配要均匀、废瓷粉掺入量在50%左右;烧结道路砖烧结温度为1250℃左右、保温时间在1.5h左右;免烧道路砖减水剂掺量为0.2%左右。3、对烧结道路砖的工艺参数进行优化试验,设计了两次正交试验,最后得最优方案为废瓷粉颗粒级配废瓷粉颗粒级配为2000-500μm55%、500-300μm35%、300-75μm10%,废瓷粉掺入量45%、烧结温度1200℃、保温时间1h。按最优方案制备出的烧结道路的砖抗折强度和抗压强度分别为19.98MPa和32.56MPa、显气孔率为38.89%、吸水率为20.21%、磨损率为1.05%、透水系数为1.26×10-2cm/s。4、对免烧道路砖的工艺参数进行优化试验,设计了两次正交试验,最后得最优方案为:废瓷粉颗粒级配为2000-500μm85%、500-300μm10%、300-75μm5%,废瓷粉掺入量为35%、减水剂掺量为0.17%。按最优方案制备出的免烧道路砖的砖抗折强度和抗压强度分别为11.27MPa和58.77MPa、显气孔率为40.26%、吸水率为22.35%、磨损率为1.54%、透水系数为1.83×10-2cm/s。
[Abstract]:Waste ceramics are wastes produced in the process of ceramic production. The accumulation of a large number of waste ceramics causes great harm to the environment. In this paper, the waste ceramics are used to produce road brick, to turn waste into treasure, to make secondary use, to reduce the pollution to the environment, and to save mineral resources, which is of great significance to the sustainable development of environment and mineral resources. Sintered road bricks are suitable for the regions with more snow and ice weather in the north, and non-burning road bricks for the areas with abundant Rain Water in the south. Because the chemical composition of waste porcelain powder is not different from that of kaolin a large amount of addition will not cause adverse effect on sintered road brick and can play an aggregate role in non-burning road brick. In this paper, the sintering road brick and the non-burning road brick are studied. The research in this paper is of great practical significance for the reuse of waste ceramics and the expansion of raw materials for road brick production. The research emphasis of this paper is to make sintered road brick and non-burning road brick from waste ceramics. The main contents are as follows: 1. Chemical and mineral analysis of raw materials needed for road brick is carried out. The process flow and performance test method for road turning of waste ceramics are described in detail. The primary tests on sintered road brick and non-fired road brick are carried out to determine that the grain gradation of road brick with good preparation performance should be uniform.
