大件路拱桥加固方法评价及补偿标准研究

【摘要】:大件路指供重大件运输车辆通行的通道。重大件运输车辆指运载超重、超长、超宽、超高等特殊规格的大型物件的非常规车辆。随着我国经济的发展,大件运输业也正逐渐升温。大件运输车辆四超特性(超重、超高、超宽、超长),使得其在运输过程中常常受到道路、桥梁的限制,而我国的桥梁中拱桥占有很大比重,且钢筋混凝土拱桥一般建成时间较早,对大件运输要求更为严格,因此主要以钢筋混凝土拱桥为研究对象,从轴载入手,分析拱桥受力特征,并对拱桥加固方法进行探讨,主要工作如下:1)介绍我国大件运输的货物分类及常用挂车、牵引车的主要型式,分析各类车型的技术特点;2)分析大件运输常用车辆荷载特征,并以空腹式悬链线拱桥为工程背景,建立Midas有限元模型,选取三种典型大件运输荷载,分析拱桥在大件运输荷载作用下的受力特性;3)分析拱桥常见病害及产生原因,并对拱桥常用加固方法的基本原理及适用情况进行对比分析,确定适用于大件运输的拱桥加固方法;4)介绍用于多目标决策的数据包络分析法的基本原理,并以适用于大件运输的拱桥加固方法作为决策单元,以加固效果、加固费用及加固时间作为评价指标,分析各加固方法的有效性;5)全面分析大件运输车辆通过桥梁时造成损失,提出大件运输过桥时的维修补偿标准。
[Abstract]:A large piece of road refers to a passage through which heavy-duty transport vehicles can pass. Heavy-duty transport vehicles refer to unconventional vehicles carrying large items of special specifications, such as overweight, overlength, ultra wide, and so on. With the development of our country's economy, the large transportation industry is also heating up gradually. The four super characteristics of large transport vehicles (overweight, super-high, ultra-wide, ultra-long) make them often limited by roads and bridges in the course of transportation, and arch bridges occupy a large proportion of bridges in our country. The reinforced concrete arch bridge is built earlier, so it is more strict to transport large pieces. Therefore, the reinforced concrete arch bridge is taken as the research object, the bearing characteristics of the arch bridge is analyzed from the axis loading, and the reinforcement method of the arch bridge is discussed. The main work is as follows: (1) introducing the classification of goods and the main types of trailers and towing vehicles in China, and analyzing the technical characteristics of various types of vehicles. Taking the fasting catenary arch bridge as the engineering background, the Midas finite element model is established, and three kinds of typical large load are selected, and the mechanical characteristics of the arch bridge under the action of the large load are analyzed. (3) the common diseases of the arch bridge and its causes are analyzed. The basic principle and application of common reinforcement methods for arch bridges are compared and analyzed, and the reinforcement method of arch bridges suitable for large load transportation is determined. The basic principle of data envelopment analysis for multi-objective decision making is introduced. Taking the reinforcement method of arch bridge suitable for large load transportation as decision making unit, taking the reinforcement effect, reinforcement cost and reinforcement time as the evaluation index, the validity of each reinforcement method is analyzed. 5) the loss caused by the large transport vehicle passing through the bridge is analyzed in an all-round way. This paper puts forward the standard of maintenance compensation for large-load transportation when crossing the bridge.
