蓟汕高速公路北段工程项目施工质量管理研究

【摘要】：近些年来,随着市场经济的迅速发展与逐步的完善,工程建设设行业也得到了空前的发展,无论是房屋建设、高速公路建设还是其他工程项目建设,都取得了很大的进展。特别是高速公路建设的发展,对缓解交通压力,提升地区经济快速增长有着重要的作用。例如蓟汕高速公路,作为城市绕城高速的最后一段,承担着连接南北区域,乃至贯通城市东西与南北交通体系转换的重要任务。建成后将对后续进行的外环线提升改造起到重要的交通疏导作用,极大减轻过境车辆对外环线的交通压力。质量,对于任何一个行业来讲都是至关重要的,特别是对公路建筑工程行业来说,质量更是具有核心的重要性。质量是一个企业发展的前提,同样,质量是公路建设工程的核心,质量能够确保公路建设工程的安全和顺利进行,为企业的发展提供保证。本文通过蓟汕高速公路北段2标段在施工的过程当中施工单位、建设单位、监理单位、政府部门在质量控制中出现的问题进行解析,重点对桥梁工程质量管理提出了解决方案。通过对该工程质量管理措施,建立健全了质量管理体系,增强了对物资设施、材料产品认证。从而提高了项目质量验收的速度和管理能力。通过本文的研究,可以看出质量,对于任何一个行业来讲都是至关重要的,特别是对公路工程行业来说,质量更是具有核心的重要性。因此公路建设工程施工质量管理的研究对于公路建设工程项目的发展意义重大。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development and gradual improvement of the market economy, the engineering construction industry has also been unprecedented development, whether housing construction, highway construction or other engineering projects, have made great progress. Especially the development of highway construction plays an important role in relieving traffic pressure and promoting regional economic growth. For example, the thistle Shantou Expressway, as the last section of the city around the city, undertakes the important task of connecting the north and south regions, and even connecting the east and the west of the city with the traffic system of the north and south. After completion, it will play an important role in the traffic dredging for the subsequent upgrading and transformation of the outer ring line, and greatly reduce the traffic pressure on the outer ring line caused by the transit vehicles. Quality is very important for any industry, especially for highway construction industry. The quality is the premise of the development of an enterprise. Similarly, the quality is the core of the highway construction project. The quality can ensure the safety and smooth progress of the highway construction project, and provide the guarantee for the development of the enterprise. Based on the analysis of the problems in the quality control of the construction units, supervision units and government departments in the course of the construction of the No. 2 section of the northern section of the Jieshan Expressway, the paper puts forward the solutions to the quality management of the bridge engineering. Through the quality management measures of the project, the quality management system is established and improved, and the certification of material facilities and materials products is strengthened. Thus improving the project quality acceptance speed and management ability. Through the research of this paper, we can see that quality is very important for any industry, especially for highway engineering industry, quality is more important. Therefore, the study of highway construction quality management is of great significance to the development of highway construction projects.
