基于低碳理论的集装箱港口集疏运网络优化研究

【摘要】:港口作为全球综合运输网络的节点,其功能得到不断深化和拓展。实践表明,现代港口的发展与其腹地运输网络的发展呈现明显的正相关,腹地运输网络越强大,对港口的支撑作用就越明显。当今港口间竞争不仅是港口吞吐量的竞争,也逐步发展为港口集疏运系统间的竞争。低碳运输已经成为交通行业发展的趋势,在进行交通网络规划和货流分配时减少对环境的影响已经必不可少。本文将非集计理论和低碳理论相结合,以环境承载力理论和可持续发展理论为指导,充分考虑了货主、成本和环境在货流分配中的作用,从非集计理论的角度定义了广义运输成本。文章首先总结归纳了港口集疏运网络发展现状、特点和趋势,分析了影响港口集疏运的影响因素,并进一步探讨了低碳运输对港口集疏运网络的影响;其次,定义了集疏运系统中不同运输方式下的碳排放的公式,建立了包含广义运输成本港口、硬件条件和港口软环境等指标的综合评价体系,进一步构建了以货主选择概率最大的非集计集装箱货流分配模型,在此基础上结合BIOGEME软件编程对模型参数进行求解;最后以实例分析验证了模型的可行性和实用性。基于低碳理论和货主效用的港口集疏运体系的优化不仅可以为港口处理货物的能力提供后方支撑、提高港口运作效率,还可以充分利用港口资源,有利于培养港口的核心竞争力、提升港口综合实力,同时也为货主选择港口提供指导,为港口规划者提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:As the node of the global integrated transport network, the port has been deepened and expanded. The practice shows that the development of the port is obviously positively related to the development of the hinterland transport network. The stronger the network of the hinterland transport network is, the more obvious the supporting role of the port is. The low carbon transport has become the trend of the development of the transportation industry. It is essential to reduce the impact of the traffic network planning and distribution on the environment. This paper combines the theory of non collection and the low carbon theory, and takes the theory of carrying capacity of environmental load and the theory of sustainable development as the guidance, and makes full use of the theory of environmental carrying capacity and sustainable development. Considering the role of cargo owners, cost and environment in the distribution of cargo flow, the generalized transportation cost is defined from the point of view of the non set theory. The article first summarizes the development status, characteristics and trends of the port collection and transportation network, analyzes the influencing factors of the port collection and transportation, and further probes into the port collection and transportation network with low carbon transport. Secondly, the formula of carbon emission under different transportation modes in the collection and transportation system is defined, and a comprehensive evaluation system is established, including the general transportation cost port, the hardware conditions and the soft environment of the port, and the non aggregable container cargo distribution model with the largest selection probability of the cargo owner is further constructed. On this basis, BIO is combined with the model. The model parameters are solved by GEME software programming. Finally, the feasibility and practicability of the model are verified by the case analysis. The optimization of the port collection transportation system based on the low carbon theory and the owner's utility can not only provide the rear support for the port handling capacity of the goods, improve the port operation efficiency, but also make full use of the port resources. In order to cultivate the core competitiveness of ports and enhance the comprehensive strength of ports, it also provides guidance for shippers to choose ports and provides reference for port planners.
