拱桥悬拼拱架施工对结构受力的影响及施工控制

【摘要】:拱桥悬拼拱形拱架施工法因其工艺成熟、适应复杂地形能力强,在我国西南地区的桥梁建设中得到广泛应用。本文以贵州省黔中水利枢纽祠堂边渡槽为研究对象,就悬拼拱形拱架现浇拱桥施工控制若干关键问题展开相关研究,主要有以下几个方面:①阐述了悬拼拱形拱架现浇拱桥的施工特点,对施工控制关键步骤进行计算,确定了扣索的索力值,优化了拱圈分段浇筑程序。②以本桥使用的贝雷拱架为背景,对拱圈—拱架联合作用问题进行了分析研究,通过计算发现,拱架承担的混凝土总重量占52%左右,拱圈承担的混凝土总重量占48%左右。③以本桥使用的拱形拱架为背景,分析了不同平竖联的布置方式和拱脚约束方式对拱架稳定性能的影响。通过研究发现,局部加强上弦杆件的平联以及L/4和3L/4段的平联,可以更好的增大拱架稳定性;拱架拱脚固结的稳定性比拱脚铰接的稳定性要大50%左右。④通过祠堂边渡槽主要施工步骤的施工监测成果与理论值的对比,表明拱架在施工过程中线形偏差小,应力分布均匀,结构安全稳定,进而证明本文对祠堂边渡槽采用的监控方法是合理有效的。
[Abstract]:The construction method of arch bridge cantilever arch frame is widely used in the construction of bridges in southwest China because of its mature technology and strong ability to adapt to complex terrain. In this paper, some key problems of construction control of cast-in-place arch bridge with cantilever arch frame are studied, taking the aqueduct of ancestral hall side of Guizhou central water conservancy project as the research object. The main aspects are as follows: 1. The construction characteristics of cast-in-place arch bridge with cantilever arch frame are expounded, the key steps of construction control are calculated, and the cable force value of cable buckling is determined. Based on the Beere arch frame used in this bridge, the combined action of arch ring and arch frame is analyzed and studied. Through calculation, it is found that the total concrete weight of arch frame is about 52%. The concrete bearing total weight of arch ring is about 48.3%. Based on the arch frame used in this bridge, the influence of different horizontal and vertical arrangement and arch foot restraint mode on the stability of arch frame is analyzed. It is found that the stability of the arch can be improved by the horizontal connection of the locally strengthened upper chord and the flat connection of the L / 4 and 3L / 4 segments. The stability of arch foot consolidation is about 50% greater than that of arch foot hinge. 4 through the comparison of construction monitoring results and theoretical values of the main construction steps of the aqueduct beside the ancestral hall, it is shown that the arch frame has less linear deviation and uniform stress distribution in the construction process. The structure is safe and stable, which proves that the monitoring method used in this paper is reasonable and effective.
