基于涌水量预估和动态监测的公路隧道长距离反坡排水施工技术及其应用

【摘要】:常规的隧道反坡排水方案都是基于设计涌水量制定的,往往由于对涌水量判断不准确而导致排水能力不足或过剩,造成涌水灾害或资源配置浪费。为此,在"提前整体配置,过程局部优化"设计理念的基础上,提出基于涌水量预估和动态监测的隧道长距离反坡排水技术。该技术采用瞬变电磁、激发极化超前探测技术,对掌子面前方含水区位置及水量进行较准确的定位和预估;提出成本最小化排水优化公式,优化泵站分级设计及水泵功率选择;同时,动态监测涌水量,根据监测结果进行排水设置,提出了增级截流集水坑技术,有效解决2级泵站之间的排水问题。在宁夏东毛高速公路六盘山隧道中对该技术进行了应用,通过对反坡排水方案的优化,较好地完成了反坡排水任务,节约了排水成本,保证了隧道施工安全,取得了良好的应用效果。
[Abstract]:The conventional reverse slope drainage schemes of tunnels are based on the design of water inflow, which often leads to insufficient or excess drainage capacity due to inaccurate judgment of water inflow, resulting in water gushing disaster or waste of resources allocation. Therefore, based on the design idea of "overall disposition ahead of time, local optimization of process", a long distance reverse slope drainage technique based on water inflow estimation and dynamic monitoring is proposed. The technology uses transient electromagnetic and induced polarization advance detection technology to locate and estimate accurately the position and quantity of water in the water-bearing area in front of the face of the palm, and puts forward the optimization formula of cost minimization drainage, the optimization of pump station classification design and the selection of pump power. At the same time, dynamic monitoring of the inflow of water, according to the monitoring results of drainage settings, proposed an increase in the closure of water catchment technology, to effectively solve the drainage problem between two stage pumping stations. The technology has been applied in Liupanshan Tunnel of Dongmao Expressway in Ningxia. By optimizing the anti-slope drainage scheme, the task of anti-slope drainage has been completed, the drainage cost has been saved, and the tunnel construction safety has been ensured. Good results have been obtained.
