风化花岗岩地层隧道衬砌裂损分析与处理研究

【摘要】:围岩风化不仅能改变围岩的矿物成分,而且能降低其强度,使得作用于衬砌结构上的围岩压力加大,导致衬砌开裂,甚至发生破坏.新家洞隧道穿越地层为花岗岩地层,开挖后围岩稳定性好,按Ⅱ级围岩支护.但隧道建成2 a后,隧道衬砌结构出现严重裂损.为了研究衬砌结构开裂原因,采用试验手段对裂缝周边混凝土强度及花岗岩的物相成分、力学性质等进行测试.测试结果表明,围岩风化、强度降低是导致衬砌开裂的主要原因.最后,利用有限元反分析法确定围岩物理力学参数,并基于此对整治后隧道结构安全性进行评价,从数值模拟结果和现场实施效果看,衬砌结构满足强度要求.研究成果对类似地层中隧道设计与施工具有参考意义.
