广州北站综合客运交通枢纽换乘衔接研究

【摘要】:随着国民经济的快速发展,我国综合运输体系保持着较快发展态势,出现了大规模的铁路客运站改、扩建和新建铁路客运站的高潮。广州作为我国重要的综合交通枢纽城市,规划建立内外畅通、布局合理、功能完善、衔接高效的国际性综合交通枢纽,打造“双港双高”的开放型现代综合运输体系。广州北站作为广州北部重要的综合交通枢纽,交通衔接及换乘方面的问题日益突出,极大地制约了广州市整体交通网络系统的发展。因此,如何从宏观思维、系统角度对其换乘衔接进行深入研究与合理规划,实现各种交通运输方式的便捷换乘,成为值得探讨的问题。 本文在充分借鉴国内外铁路客运站发展模式及经验的基础上,对铁路客运站的内涵、系统特性、换乘系统的特点、接驳模式、空间布局形式以及对外衔接模式等相关理论进行研究;分析广州北站现状概况、交通衔接情况、与广州其他主要交通枢纽的关系剖析其发展面临的主要问题;利用历史数据对广州北站交通需求进行预测;在现状分析和需求预测的基础上,结合城市区域发展及交通发展的需要,提出广州北站换乘衔接规划方案,主要包括以下几点:第一,客运站总体布局和换乘衔接设施优化布局方案;第二,相关换乘设施规模的测算,保证方案的科学性与合理性;第三,与周边路网交通组织系统性、协调性研究;第四,对外交通衔接方案,通过多种方式增强与广州其他主要铁路客运枢纽和白云机场的联系;第五,相关政策保障措施,从政府管理政策和投资融资等角度进行研究,为广州北站换乘衔接规划建设提供相应保障。通过对广州北站换乘衔接方面的研究分析,希望能为广州打造立足珠三角,服务全国,面向世界的现代化、一体化的中国南方综合交通枢纽提供一定的指导和帮助。图33幅,表29个,参考文献52篇。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economy, the comprehensive transportation system of our country has maintained a relatively rapid development trend, and there has been a climax of large-scale railway passenger station reform, expansion and construction of railway passenger station. As an important integrated transportation hub city in China, Guangzhou is planning to establish an international integrated transportation hub with smooth internal and external flow, reasonable layout, perfect function and high efficiency, and to build an open modern integrated transportation system with "two ports and two heights". Guangzhou North Railway Station is an important integrated transportation hub in the north of Guangzhou. The problems of transportation connection and transfer are becoming more and more prominent, which greatly restricts the development of the whole traffic network system in Guangzhou. Therefore, how to carry on the thorough research and the reasonable plan from the macroscopic thought, the system angle to its transfer connection, realizes each kind of transportation convenient transfer, becomes the question which is worth to discuss. On the basis of drawing lessons from the development mode and experience of railway passenger station at home and abroad, this paper discusses the connotation of railway passenger station, the characteristics of the system, the characteristics of the transfer system, and the connection mode. The spatial layout pattern and the external connection mode are studied, the current situation of Guangzhou North Railway Station, the traffic connection situation, the relationship between the two stations and other major traffic hubs in Guangzhou are analyzed, and the main problems facing their development are analyzed. Using historical data to forecast the traffic demand of Guangzhou North Railway Station, on the basis of current situation analysis and demand forecast, combining with the needs of urban area development and traffic development, the paper puts forward the plan of connecting transfer and transportation of Guangzhou North Railway Station. It mainly includes the following points: first, the overall layout of passenger stations and the optimal layout of transfer connection facilities; second, the calculation of the scale of related transfer facilities to ensure the scientificity and rationality of the scheme; third, the systematicness of traffic organization with the surrounding road network. Coordination study; fourth, external traffic connection program, through a variety of ways to enhance the links with other major railway passenger transport hubs and Baiyun Airport in Guangzhou; fifth, relevant policy safeguards, From the angle of government management policy and investment financing, this paper provides the corresponding guarantee for the planning and construction of the transfer connection of Guangzhou North Railway Station. Through the research and analysis on the transfer connection of Guangzhou North Railway Station, the author hopes to provide some guidance and help for Guangzhou to build a comprehensive transportation hub in southern China based on the Pearl River Delta, serving the whole country, facing the world and integrating with the whole country. 33 figures, 29 tables, 52 references.
