基于排队论的长途客运站小件快运服务系统优化研究

【摘要】:作为国民经济发展的助推器,我国物流业正在高速发展,基于公路长途客运的小件快速货物运输(简称小件快运)作为快递物流的一员也在迅猛发展。由于物流业的快速发展与公路长途客运的网络优势,各长途客运站纷纷开展小件快运服务业务,与此同时,货主对服务质量的要求越来越高,对服务时间延误的容忍度越来越低,所以各长途客运站在开展小件快运业务的同时也迫切需要提高其服务质量和服务效率。本文正是在这样一个背景下,以北京六里桥公路长途客运站小件快运为研究对象,深入实际调查研究,将优化客运站小件快运服务过程作为研究目标,构建服务过程的排队论数学模型。文中首先假设客户到达服从泊松分布,服务台服务时间服从负指数分布,利用极大似然估计法和X2拟合检验法将客户到达分布和服务台服务时间服从分布进行检验验证。再将服务过程中的安检与称重服务看作单服务台系统建模,将收费窗口服务看作多服务台系统建模,利用MATLAB软件求出服务过程中所需的各项系统指标。最后对整个服务系统进行优化建模,得出优化后的结论,为了验证模型的科学性与可操作性,研究利用C++和FLEXSIM仿真软件对优化后的小件快运服务过程进行仿真验证。文中的优化模型空间移植性较强,不仅可以应用在客运站小件快运服务系统中,还可以应用到快递公司等随机服务系统中。从实用性角度来说,不仅可以提高客户的满意度,也可以降低客运站小件快运的经营成本,提高其服务质量。
[Abstract]:As the booster of the national economy, the logistics industry of our country is developing at a high speed, and the small-piece express freight transportation based on the long-distance road passenger transportation is also developing rapidly as a member of express logistics. Due to the rapid development of the logistics industry and the network advantages of long-distance road passenger transport, various long-distance passenger stations have launched small express service services. At the same time, the quality of service is increasingly required by cargo owners. The tolerance of service delay is becoming lower and lower, so the service quality and efficiency of long-distance passenger stations need to be improved at the same time of carrying out small express service. Under such a background, this paper takes Beijing Liuliqiao Highway long distance Express as the research object, deeply investigates and studies the actual situation, and takes the optimization of the service process of the passenger station as the research goal. The mathematical model of queuing theory of service process is constructed. This paper first assumes that customer arrival service is distributed by Poisson and service time by negative exponential distribution. The maximum likelihood estimation method and X2 fitting test method are used to verify the customer arrival distribution and service time service subordinate distribution. Then the security inspection and weighing service in the service process is regarded as a single service desk system modeling, and the charge window service is regarded as a multi-server system model, and the required system indexes in the service process are obtained by using MATLAB software. Finally, the optimization modeling of the whole service system is carried out. In order to verify the scientificity and maneuverability of the model, C and FLEXSIM simulation software are used to simulate and verify the optimized small part express service process. The optimization model in this paper has strong portability and can be used not only in the small express service system of passenger station, but also in the random service system such as express delivery company. From the practical point of view, it can not only improve the customer satisfaction, but also reduce the operating cost of the passenger station small express, and improve its service quality.
