不同路网属性下动态交通运行指数模型适用性研究

【摘要】:随着经济的快速发展和城市化进程的不断推进,城市交通拥堵问题日益普遍和突出。为反映城市道路交通的运行状态,一系列道路交通拥堵指标被提出。但是拥堵指标的提出往往是针对某一特定城市或地区进行的,然而不同的城市具有不同的路网属性,城市交通运行状态的特点也就有所区别,这就导致了交通拥堵指标对不同城市存在着适用性问题。在此背景下,本文针对应用较广泛的动态交通运行指数模型,研究其在不同路网属性的城市的适用性。首先,本文在对国内外交通运行指数模型进行梳理归纳的基础上,将可实时反映路网运行状态的动态运行指数模型分为基于严重拥堵里程比的交通运行指数模型和基于出行时间比的交通运行指数模型。然后将两种动态交通运行指数模型应用于同一路网,观察到两种动态交通运行指数模型在同一路网下的应用结果具有一定差异性,进而提出了本文的研究重点,即不同路网属性下动态交通运行指数模型的适用性研究问题。为了对此问题进行研究,本文做了一系列准备工作:在分析城市分类及路网属性基础上,设计了典型城市路网规模和级配比参数,并以北京市路网为样本总体,采用随机数生成法和最小样本量确定法,进行了各类城市虚拟路网库的构建,为本文研究提供了路网基础;通过对浮动车数据(FCD)的计算分析,选择了三类交通运行状态,为本文研究提供了交通运行数据基础;为提高动态运行指数模型的应用效率,应用SQL server工具通过编写程序进行模型应用计算,为研究提供了模拟计算手段。基于以上准备工作,本文将两种动态运行指数模型应用于所选定的FCD和所构建的虚拟路网,进而得出了模型应用的指数结果。借鉴信号处理方法与指标,提出了对模型适用性进行评价的敏感性指标(SI)和稳定性指标(FI)两项单项指标。在对单项指标标准化后加权求得综合性评价指标(CEI),进而提出了对动态交通运行指数模型的适用性判别方法。最后,本文以不同城市类别为划分,对所提出的动态交通运行指数模型的适用性判别方法进行应用研究,证实了所提出方法的可行性与有效性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the development of urbanization, urban traffic congestion is becoming more and more common and prominent. In order to reflect the running state of urban road traffic, a series of road traffic congestion indicators have been proposed. However, the proposed congestion index is usually aimed at a particular city or region. However, different cities have different road network properties, so the characteristics of urban traffic operation state are different. This leads to the applicability of traffic congestion index to different cities. Under this background, this paper studies the applicability of the dynamic traffic operation index model which is widely used in cities with different road network properties. First of all, on the basis of combing and summing up the domestic and foreign traffic operation index model, The dynamic operation index model, which can reflect the running state of road network in real time, is divided into traffic operation index model based on serious traffic congestion mileage ratio and traffic operation index model based on trip time ratio. Then two kinds of dynamic traffic operation index models are applied to the same road network, and the results of the two dynamic traffic operation index models in the same road network are observed to be different, and the research emphasis of this paper is put forward. That is, the applicability of dynamic traffic operation index model under different road network attributes. In order to study this problem, this paper makes a series of preparatory work: on the basis of analyzing the city classification and road network attribute, the paper designs the typical city network scale and grade matching parameters, and takes Beijing road network as a sample. By using random number generation method and minimum sample size determination method, all kinds of urban virtual road network library are constructed, which provides the road network foundation for the study of this paper, through the calculation and analysis of floating vehicle data (FCD), three kinds of traffic operation state are selected. In order to improve the application efficiency of the dynamic operation index model, the model application calculation is carried out by programming the server tool, which provides the means of simulation calculation for the research. Based on the above work, two kinds of dynamic operation index models are applied to the selected FCD and the virtual road network, and the exponential results of the application of the model are obtained. Based on the signal processing method and index, two single indexes, sensitivity index (SI) and stability index (fi), are proposed to evaluate the applicability of the model. The comprehensive evaluation index (CEI) is obtained after the standardization of the single index, and the applicability of the dynamic traffic operation index model is proposed. Finally, based on the classification of different cities, the applicability of the proposed dynamic traffic operation index model is studied, which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
