基于ArcGIS Engine的航道综合监控系统的研究

【摘要】:近些年来内河航运迅猛发展,生产力水平不断提升,但与此同时出现的问题是内河航道状况日渐复杂,船舶通航密度日趋增大。在这样的情况下如何加强对航道的自然环境、通航船舶、水位状况和相关助航设备的监管,让航道管理更加规范、科学、及时有效已成为内河航道管理的一个重要研究课题。航道综合监控系统是一个以GIS为基础平台,集船舶监控、水位监控、航标监控于一身的综合监控系统,能帮助管理人员有效的监控航道状况,在遇到相应的问题时可以及时的去解决。组件式GIS技术是把地图的视觉化效果、地理分析功能与一般的数据库操作集成在一起的一项技术。ArcGIS Engine是ESRI的基于COM(组件对象模型)技术的GIS控件,是一组完备的并将ArcObjects打包的嵌入式GIS组件库和工具库,可用来创建新的或者扩展已有的桌面应用程序。ArcGIS Engine是组件式技术应用于GIS领域的最新产品,它为开发人员提供了一种新的部署策略。因此,本文基于ArcGIS Engine组件和VS2008平台,以实现快速、准确的航道综合监控为目标,总结航道通航状态下航道监控与管理的各种需求,进行系统的框架设计,功能设计和主要功能模块的开发,最终提高航道综合监控的能力。论文完成的主要工作如下:(1)详细分析了ArcGIS Engine的相关技术及功能特点,结合C#技术,提出基于ArcGIS Engine构建航道综合监控系统的整体框架。(2)给出了航道综合监控系统的功能设计,包括海图显示与控制基本功能、辅助功能控制、船舶监控、航标监控、水位监控等主要功能;完成了航道综合监控系统的数据库设计。(3)基于C#语言和VS2008开发平台,利用ArcGIS Engine组件,开发实现了电子海图显示控制、船舶监控、航标监控、水位监控等功能。
[Abstract]:In recent years, inland river navigation has developed rapidly, and the productivity level has been improved constantly. However, at the same time, the situation of inland waterway is becoming more and more complicated, and the vessel traffic density is increasing day by day. Under such circumstances, how to strengthen the supervision of natural environment, navigation vessels, water level and related navigational aids, and make waterway management more standardized, scientific, timely and effective has become an important research topic of inland waterway management. Integrated waterway monitoring system is an integrated monitoring system based on GIS, which integrates ship monitoring, water level monitoring and navigation mark monitoring. It can help managers to monitor the waterway condition effectively. In the face of the corresponding problems can be solved in time. The component GIS technology is a technology that integrates the map visualization effect with the general database operation. ArcGIS engine is a GIS control based on com (component object Model) technology of ESRI. Is a complete set of embedded GIS component libraries and tool libraries that package ArcObjects to create new or extend existing desktop applications. ArcGIS engine is the latest product of component technology applied in the field of GIS. It provides a new deployment strategy for developers. Therefore, based on ArcGIS engine component and VS2008 platform, aiming at realizing fast and accurate integrated monitoring of waterway, this paper summarizes all kinds of requirements of waterway monitoring and management under navigable condition, and designs the system frame. Function design and the development of main function module, finally improve the ability of integrated monitoring of waterway. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) the related technology and functional characteristics of ArcGIS engine are analyzed in detail, and combined with C # technology, the whole frame of integrated waterway monitoring system based on ArcGIS engine is put forward. (2) the function design of integrated waterway monitoring system is given. Including the basic functions of chart display and control, auxiliary function control, ship monitoring, navigation mark monitoring, water level monitoring and other main functions, completed the waterway integrated monitoring system database design. (3) based on C # language and VS2008 development platform, Using ArcGIS engine module, the functions of electronic chart display control, ship monitoring, navigation mark monitoring, water level monitoring and so on are developed.
