隧道穿越饱和软黄土合理注浆半径范围研究

【摘要】:以西安地铁某号线穿越饱和软黄土地段为研究对象,针对施工中采用的全断面注浆加固地层措施,分析其合理的注浆半径。利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,重点分析地铁隧道穿越饱和软黄土地层时不同注浆半径下的围岩竖向变形,并结合相关工程经验,确定合理的注浆半径。分析结果表明,针对本工程实际地质水文条件,合理的注浆半径为2~3 m。其可为类似地质条件下的工程提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Taking a certain line of Xi'an Metro through the saturated soft loess section as the research object, the reasonable grouting radius is analyzed in view of the measures adopted in the construction of the whole section grouting to reinforce the stratum. By using FLAC3D numerical simulation software, the vertical deformation of surrounding rock under different grouting radii of subway tunnel passing through saturated soft loess layer is analyzed, and the reasonable grouting radius is determined by combining with relevant engineering experience. The results show that the reasonable grouting radius is 2 ~ 3 m in view of the actual geological and hydrological conditions of the project. It can be used for reference for similar geological engineering.
