连续梁跨胶济客专大角度转体法施工技术研究

【摘要】:当今,我国铁路建设规模日益扩大,尤其是高铁建设稳步推进,线路的立体交叉越来越频繁,对既有交通线影响程度最小的转体施工工法逐渐出现在铁路建设领域。国内个别路局铁路建设中上跨既有道路、铁路开始应用此项技术。但目前,转体施工主要有梁体较长、转体重量大和转动角度大的施工特点。而对于梁体短、转盘直径和球铰小的转体桥梁,却少有施工案例。为此,论文结合海青铁路跨胶济客运专线特大桥工程,采用小跨度连续梁、小直径转盘及球铰、且上跨繁忙的胶济客专高速铁路,研究“连续梁跨胶济客专转体施工技术”的主要技术、关键工序、转体实施前后相关数据监测、施工工序合理性安排及施工过程控制和安全技术措施等多个方面。主要研究了转体原理、转体上下结构的布置,球铰竖向反力、球铰平面半径、平转牵引力、转动牵引力、助推力和转体时间等重要参数的计算,球铰、牵引索、千斤顶等转体核心部件的参数计算与选用,上转盘、下转盘、球铰、滑道、反力座、撑脚安装等主要部件的施工工艺,根据预埋的结构受力监测元件,收集汇总监测数据,优化了设计,并总结形成一套完整的施工工艺。该研究技术的应用,成功的解决了上跨繁忙交通干线连续梁转体法施工相关关键技术难题和施工工艺等。对于现场施工具有较高的指导价值。新建海青铁路工程,据此进行施工及控制,取得了巨大的成功,转体施工一次成功,转体施工方案满足铁路安全运营的要求,保证了施工质量和工程工期,节约了工程成本,具有典型的代表意义。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the scale of railway construction in our country is expanding increasingly, especially the construction of high speed rail. The cross section of the line is more and more frequent. The method of the transfer construction which has the smallest influence on the existing traffic line gradually appears in the field of railway construction. The construction features of long beam body, large body weight and large rotation angle, but few construction cases for the short beam body, the diameter of the turntable and the small spherical hinge. Therefore, the paper combines the Hai Qing railway cross Jiaoji passenger dedicated line project, using the small span continuous beam, the small diameter turntable and the ball hinge, and the upper span is busy. The main technology, key process, related data monitoring, rational arrangement of construction process, control of construction process and safety and technical measures are studied. The principle of turning, the arrangement of up and down structure, and the erection of ball hinges are mainly studied. The construction technology of the key components, such as the inverse force, the plane radius of the ball hinge, the traction force, the traction force, the thrust and the turning time, the parameters calculation and selection of the core parts of the ball hinge, the traction cable and the jack, and the construction technology of the main parts, such as the upper turntable, the lower turntable, the ball hinge, the slideway, the counterforce seat, and the mounting feet, are monitored according to the pre buried structure. Measuring the components, collecting and summarizing the monitoring data, optimizing the design, and summing up a complete set of construction technology. The application of the research technology successfully solved the key technical problems and construction technology related to the construction of the continuous girder transfer method of the upper and the busy traffic trunk lines. It has a high guiding value for the site construction. The new Hai Qing railway project is built. On this basis, construction and control have been carried out. Great success has been achieved. The construction of the rotating body is successful once. The transfer construction scheme meets the requirements of the railway safety operation, ensures the construction quality and construction period, saves the cost of the project, and has typical representative significance.
