基于公路工程施工水平的定额测定对象选择方法

【摘要】:为了更合理地选取公路工程施工定额测定对象,针对目前定额测定对象确定时缺乏定量化方法的问题,在假定定额的测定对象均能满足施工要求的正常条件前提下,采用综合评价公路工程施工水平的方法对施工定额测定对象选择进行研究。从项目部、施工班组、施工现场条件3方面分析了项目施工水平的影响因素,在此基础上结合德尔菲法依据专家多次评分结果建立了包含目标层、一级指标及二级指标的公路工程施工水平影响因素三层次评价指标体系;分别采用主观赋权的IAHP法和客观赋权的粗糙集法计算得到各自的指标权重值,且基于此权重值建立了IAHP-粗糙集综合评价模型,利用组合权重对待选测定对象的生产水平进行定量化综合评价,并根据评价结果来进行定额测定对象的选取,提高了施工定额测定对象选择与定额水平评价的可靠性。通过某施工企业制定定额时,对能满足正常施工条件的7个项目采用IAHP-粗糙集综合评价模型进行实例验证,验证结果表明,综合评价结果能够较为准确地反映实际施工生产水平。
[Abstract]:In order to select the measuring object of the construction quota of highway engineering more reasonably, aiming at the lack of quantitative method in the determination of the quota measuring object at present, under the assumption that the measuring object of the quota can meet the normal condition of the construction requirement, The method of synthetically evaluating the construction level of highway engineering is used to study the selection of the target for determining the construction quota. This paper analyzes the factors influencing the construction level of the project from three aspects: the project department, the construction team and the construction site conditions. On this basis, combining with Delphi method, the inclusion target layer is established on the basis of the result of multiple evaluation by experts. The three-level evaluation index system of the influencing factors of highway engineering construction level of the first grade index and the second grade index is calculated by using the IAHP method of subjective weight and the rough set method of objective weight, respectively, and the weight values of each index are calculated. The IAHP- rough set comprehensive evaluation model is established based on the weight value. The combined weight is used to evaluate the production level of the selected objects, and according to the evaluation results, the quota measurement objects are selected. The reliability of target selection and quota level evaluation is improved. The IAHP- rough set comprehensive evaluation model is used for 7 projects which can meet the normal construction conditions when a certain construction enterprise formulates the quota. The results show that, The comprehensive evaluation results can accurately reflect the actual construction production level.
