全断面黏土地层泥水盾构改造及高效环流出渣技术研究

【摘要】:扬州瘦西湖隧道采用旧泥水盾构设备全断面穿越膨胀性黏土地层,施工过程中泥浆产量大、难以分离,并且容易引发黏土块黏附刀盘、堵塞排泥系统等问题,从而影响施工的正常进行。针对扬州瘦西湖隧道工程环流系统面临的难题,对盾构刀盘的刀具进行重新选型和配置,对冲刷系统和环流管路进行一系列改造,通过室内模拟实验揭示黏土块溶崩破碎规律,实现了黏土块的块状切削和泥浆减量化,防止了刀盘结饼、泥水管路堵塞,形成了全断面黏土地层高效环流及出渣技术,保证了工程的顺利实施,产生了极大的经济效益。
[Abstract]:In Yangzhou Shianxihu Tunnel, the old mud shield equipment is used to cross the expansive clay stratum. During the construction process, the mud production is large, it is difficult to separate, and it is easy to cause the clay block to stick to the cutter head, to block the mud drainage system, and so on. Thus, the normal construction is affected. In view of the difficult problems faced by the circulation system of Yangzhou thin Xihu tunnel project, the cutting tools of shield cutters are re-selected and configured, a series of revamping of scour system and circulation pipeline are carried out, and the rules of clay mass dissolving and breaking are revealed through indoor simulation experiments. The block cutting and mud reduction of clay block are realized, and the cutter plate and cake are prevented, the clogging of mud-water pipeline is prevented, and the high-efficient circulation and slagging technology of the whole section clay formation are formed, which ensures the smooth implementation of the project and produces great economic benefits.
