电动汽车充换电站网络布局与运营研究

【摘要】:电动汽车是一种未来的新能源交通工具,越来越受到社会各界的广泛重视,其发展已成为汽车行业可持续发展的关键。为电动汽车运行提供能源补给及维修等服务的充换电站是电动汽车发展所必须的重要配套基础设施,目前其建设发展的相对滞后已成为制约电动汽车行业发展的瓶颈。因此,迅速建设一批充换电站等配套服务设施迫在眉睫,对电动汽车的推广和普及具有十分重要的意义。本课题就是在迫切需要解决上述电动汽车动力电池充电问题的背景下,研究动力电池充换电站网络的布局和运营问题。本论文在总结国内外相关研究的基础上,以电动汽车充换电站为研究对象,围绕电动汽车充换电站网络布局选址问题、运营问题、动力电池配送问题以及废旧动力电池回收问题展开研究。具体而言,本论文的主要研究内容包括以下几个方面:(1)电动汽车充换电站网络总体布局规划研究。提出电动汽车充换电站网络布局规划所需解决的问题:确定电动汽车充电模式、分析电动汽车充电需求、确定充换电站规模;在分析充换电站服务网络布局的影响因素和原则的基础上,提出充换电站服务网络的构成、充换电站服务网络的需求预测方法以及充换电站服务网络的规划流程。(2)电动汽车充换电站选址问题研究。分析电动汽车充换电站选址原则,建立有、无候选站址问题的数学模型,采用空间聚类方法研究无候选站址问题;采用博弈论方法研究有候选站址问题;采用多层次模糊评判方法进行电动汽车充换电站的选址评价。(3)电动汽车充换电站网络的商业运营研究。分析电动汽车产业的现行商业模式及其存在问题,阐述充换电站的建设主体和充换电站运营体系,研究充换电站充换电服务价格,提出促进充换电站可持续发展的对策。(4)换电模式下动力电池配送问题研究。构建换电模式下电池配送物流网络,分析电池配送物流网络的运行模式,建立电池配送调度模型并研究调度算法。(5)电动汽车废旧动力电池回收问题研究。分析电动汽车动力电池环保问题,研究废旧动力电池的回收利用技术,以及废旧动力电池回收的标准化问题,建立废旧动力电池回收体系。
[Abstract]:Electric vehicle (EV) is a new energy vehicle in the future, which has been paid more and more attention by all walks of life, and its development has become the key to the sustainable development of automobile industry. The charging power station which provides energy supply and maintenance for electric vehicle operation is an important supporting infrastructure for the development of electric vehicle. At present, the relative lag of its construction and development has become the bottleneck restricting the development of electric vehicle industry. Therefore, the rapid construction of a batch of charging power station and other supporting services is urgent, which is of great significance to the popularization and popularization of electric vehicles. This subject is to study the layout and operation of the power battery replacement power station network under the background of the urgent need to solve the above electric vehicle battery charging problem. On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign related research, this paper takes the electric vehicle filling and changing power station as the research object, revolves around the electric vehicle filling and replacing power station network layout location problem, the operation question. The power battery distribution problem and the waste power battery recovery problem are studied. Specifically, the main contents of this paper include the following aspects: (1) the overall layout of electric vehicle recharge power station network. The problems that need to be solved in the network layout planning of electric vehicle recharge power station are put forward: determining the charging mode of electric vehicle, analyzing the charging demand of electric vehicle, and determining the scale of charging power station; On the basis of analyzing the influence factors and principles of the service network layout of the charging power station, the composition of the service network of the charging power station is put forward. The demand forecasting method of charging power station service network and the planning process of charging power station service network. (2) Research on the location problem of electric vehicle charging and switching power station. This paper analyzes the principle of electric vehicle filling and changing power station location, establishes the mathematical model of the problem with and without candidate sites, studies the problem of no candidate stations by using spatial clustering method, and studies the problem of candidate sites by using game theory method. Multi-level fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate the location of electric vehicle recharge power station. (3) the commercial operation of electric vehicle recharge power station network is studied. This paper analyzes the current commercial model and existing problems of electric vehicle industry, expounds the main body of construction and operation system of charging and changing power station, and studies the price of charging and switching service of charging power station. The countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of charging and switching power stations are put forward. (4) the study of power battery distribution under the mode of power exchange. Build the battery distribution logistics network under the mode of power exchange, analyze the operation mode of the battery distribution logistics network, establish the battery distribution scheduling model and study the scheduling algorithm. (5) Research on the recovery of the waste power battery of electric vehicle. The environmental protection problem of electric vehicle power battery is analyzed, the recycling technology of waste power battery and the standardization of waste power battery recovery are studied, and the recovery system of waste power battery is established.
