关于危险品运输安全性路径选择仿真研究

【摘要】:为减小危险品运输事故导致的人身伤亡和财产损失数目,减弱事故级联效应造成的交通拥堵。建立关于危险品运输安全性的路径选择模型,以危险品运输事故级联失效导致的交通拥堵最小、危险品运输事故影响的人口最少及危险品运输的总费用最少为目标,构建多目标优化模型。多目标问题求解的难点在于求解具有收敛性的pareto最优解集,因此,采用改进的带精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)对模型求解。以供应点选择多种车辆运输多种危险品到需求点为运输案例验证模型和算法的可靠性。结果表明利用NSGA-Ⅱ算法可以获得危险品运输路径和车辆使用的一系列pareto最优解集,解集的空间分布均匀且具有收敛性和鲁棒性。验证了模型和算法的可靠性,可以为危险品运输提供决策支持。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the number of casualties and property losses caused by dangerous goods transportation accidents, traffic congestion caused by cascading accidents is reduced. A route selection model for the safety of dangerous goods transportation is established, which aims at minimizing traffic congestion caused by cascading failure of dangerous goods transportation accidents, minimizing the population affected by dangerous goods transportation accidents, and minimizing the total cost of dangerous goods transportation.
