在役预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥管养决策系统研发

【摘要】:目前,对于在役预应力混凝土梁桥的安全评估这方面的研究还存在很多的不足。例如,在研究对象上,研究者大多数选用普通钢筋混凝土桥梁作为研究对象,对在役预应力混凝土梁桥的研究很少,另外在研究在役预应力混凝土梁桥的安全评估时,只是简单的运用一种安全评估方法来对该桥梁进行安全评估,致使结果不够准确,造成管养单位很难对该桥做出合理的维养决策。本文工作主要体现在以下几个方面:①开发在役预应力混凝土梁桥的病害数据库。根据建设单位的基本资料,将相应的桥梁基本信息录入数据库,再根据检测单位的外观检测、专项检测、结构验算、静动载试验、安全评估等级以及养护建议录入数据库,让人能更直观的看到桥梁的病害数据。②编制在役预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥安全评估程序。本文主要应用了三种安全评估方法:静载试验安全评估方法、可靠度评估方法、规范评估方法来编制分析程序,并与数据库结合形成管养系统,可根据桥梁病害情况,确定相关参数,进而能较快对桥梁进行安全评估。③对在役预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥各时期的病害情况进行对比,并尝试预测病害发展趋势。将检测单位近年来所检测的病害信息进行对比,分析哪些是新的病害,建立数据库,并根据检测回来的数据,从混凝土裂缝、梁体下挠、钢筋锈蚀等因素,结合建模分析,并尝试预测病害发展趋势。④选取重庆某在役预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥,将病害及养护建议等录入病害数据库;再根据以上三种安全评估方法同时对该桥进行安全评估,进行界面操作,得出该桥的评估结果等。
[Abstract]:At present, there are still a lot of shortcomings in the research on the safety assessment of in-service prestressed concrete beam bridges. For example, on the object of study, most of the researchers choose ordinary reinforced concrete bridges as research objects, few research on in-service prestressed concrete beam bridges, and the study of existing prestressed concrete beam bridges. In the whole evaluation, a safety assessment method is simply used to evaluate the bridge, which results in the inaccuracy of the results, which makes it difficult for the management units to make a reasonable maintenance decision for the bridge. The basic information of the position, the basic information of the bridge into the database, and then according to the inspection unit's appearance inspection, special inspection, structural checking, static and dynamic load test, safety assessment grade and maintenance proposal into the database, so that people can see the number of bridge disease more intuitively. Secondly, the safety of the prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge is developed. Three kinds of safety assessment methods are used in this paper: the safety assessment method of the static load test, the reliability evaluation method, the standard evaluation method to compile the analysis program, and combine with the database to form the management system. According to the disease of the bridge, the relevant parameters can be determined, and then the safety assessment of the bridge can be faster. 3. The disease situation of the continuous box girder bridge of stress concrete is compared, and the trend of disease development is tried to predict. The disease information detected by the detection unit in recent years is compared, which are new diseases, the database is set up, and the factors such as the concrete cracks, the beam body deflection and the reinforcement corrosion are combined according to the detected data. Model analysis, and try to predict the trend of disease development. (4) select an active prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge in Chongqing, and put the disease and maintenance advice into the disease database. Then according to the above three safety assessment methods, the bridge is evaluated at the same time, the interface operation is carried out, and the evaluation results of the bridge are obtained.
