基于关键筛孔及施工温度的青海沥青路面施工控制技术研究

【摘要】:青海地区特殊的气候地理环境给沥青路面施工带来了诸多难点,具体包括当地优质集料匮乏、施工气温低、拌和料运距远等。对G214沥青路面施工考察发现,施工单位常采用较高的拌和料出场温度来保证足够的碾压温度,而集料质量控制也难以达标。该文结合青海G214线6个标段的沥青路面芯样调查,进行关键筛孔通过率与沥青路面性能指标的相关性研究,分析了不同拌和料出场温度、运输时间对沥青混合料性能的影响。结果表明:0.075、4.75和9.5mm筛网通过率对混合料低温性能影响较大,而混合料出场温度应保证在160℃以下,老化时间控制在3h之内。
[Abstract]:The special climatic and geographical environment in Qinghai has brought many difficulties to asphalt pavement construction, including the shortage of high quality aggregates, low construction temperature and distance between mixing materials and so on. The investigation on the construction of G214 asphalt pavement shows that the high temperature of mixing material is often used in the construction unit to ensure the enough rolling temperature, and the quality control of aggregate is difficult to reach the standard. Based on the investigation of core samples of asphalt pavement in six sections of G214 Line in Qinghai Province, this paper studies the correlation between the pass rate of key sieve holes and the performance index of asphalt pavement, and analyzes the influence of different mixing materials' appearance temperature and transportation time on the performance of asphalt mixture. The results show that the passing rate of the 9.5mm screen and the ratio of 0. 075% to 4.75 have a great influence on the low temperature performance of the mixture, while the exit temperature of the mixture should be kept below 160 鈩,
