干湿循环作用下红粘土胀缩变形特性及裂缝扩展规律研究

【摘要】:由于红粘土具有高含水率、高塑性、高孔隙比等特殊的工程性质,在干湿循环作用和反复的交通荷载作用下红粘土路基的长期强度和稳定性下降,使得路基产生了一些病害。论文针对红粘土路基病害的现象,以余庆至凯里高速公路路基填料为研究对象,以土质学土力学为理论基础,以岩土工程测试技术和图像处理技术为手段,采用文献检索、现场取样、理论分析、室内外试验的方法,研究了红粘土在干湿循环作用下胀缩变形特性及裂缝扩展规律,取得了以下几点成果:1.得出了红粘土的基本物理指标和压实特性;2.得出了在1060C和340C,压实红粘土含水率、收缩量随烘干时间的变化规律;3.得出了在340C,压实红红粘土膨胀变形规律;4.在1060C和340C,通过干湿循环试验,得出了压实红粘土胀缩变形规律;5.在1060C,通过对立方体和圆柱体试样的收缩试验,得出了裂缝的变化规律;6.通过干湿循环试验,以图像处理技术为手段,得出了裂隙率与循环次数之间的关系;7.通过室内模型试验,在340C条件下进行干湿循环,得出了裂缝扩展规律与干湿循环次数之间的关系。揭示了红粘土在1060C和340C条件下胀缩变形特性及裂缝扩展规律。研究成果对红粘土路用性能评价体系的完善具有重要的学术价值,对红粘土地区的公路建设具有一定工程实际意义,并为其他行业提供技术借鉴。
[Abstract]:Due to the special engineering properties of red clay, such as high moisture content, high plasticity and high void ratio, the long-term strength and stability of red clay roadbed decreases under the action of dry and wet circulation and repeated traffic loads, which results in some diseases of the roadbed. Aiming at the phenomenon of red clay roadbed disease, this paper takes the embankment filler of Yuqing to Kaili expressway as the research object, takes the soil mechanics as the theoretical foundation, takes the geotechnical engineering test technology and the image processing technology as the means, adopts the literature retrieval. Field sampling, theoretical analysis and indoor and outdoor test methods are used to study the dilatation and shrinkage deformation characteristics and crack propagation of red clay under dry-wet cycle. The following results are obtained: 1. The basic physical indexes and compaction characteristics of red clay are obtained. The variation of moisture content and shrinkage of compacted red clay with drying time is obtained at 1060C and 340C. The expansion and deformation law of compacted red clay at 340 C is obtained. At 1060C and 340C, the expansion and shrinkage deformation law of compacted red clay is obtained by dry and wet cycle test. At 1060C, through the shrinkage test of cube and cylinder specimen, the variation rule of crack is obtained. The relationship between fracture rate and cycle times is obtained by means of image processing technology through dry and wet cycle test. The relationship between the crack propagation law and the number of dry-wet cycles was obtained through laboratory model tests under 340 C condition. The characteristics of dilatation and shrinkage deformation and crack propagation of red clay at 1060C and 340C are revealed. The research results are of great academic value to the improvement of the evaluation system of the road performance of red clay, and of practical engineering significance to the highway construction in the red clay area, and provide technical reference for other industries.
