细粒式超薄SMA-5在高速公路养护维修工程中的应用研究
[Abstract]:The Beijing-Shanghai Expressway Linyi section is the main passage running through the north and south of Linyi City. It was opened to traffic in 1999 and has been continuously repaired for five years since 2003. After many years of operation, some sections of the section have also appeared rutting, jawing and looseness. Potholes and other road surface diseases, the existing road surface roughness is poor, there are local rutting and bridge head jump phenomenon. In recent years, with the rapid growth of traffic volume, when there are special circumstances, traffic jams and vehicle pressure become the normal. Once the road surface maintenance construction for a long time, will seriously affect the capacity of the highway; In addition, the expressway and provincial highway in Linyi City have a long mileage, and the annual planned maintenance funds are limited, so they can only carry out repairs to some of the more serious sections of the road, which will result in some sections of the road not being repaired in a timely manner. A large area of disease is concentrated. As a result, the pressure from all walks of life is increasing, resulting in adverse social impact. Therefore, a new construction technology is needed, which has the advantages of low cost, fast construction speed and effective reduction of vehicle traffic pressure caused by pavement maintenance construction. Fine-grained SMA-5 is the research object of this paper. The research mainly involves the current situation analysis of expressway maintenance and fine grain type ultra-thin SMA-5, the mix design of fine grain SMA-5 asphalt mixture and the construction scheme of fine grain type ultra-thin SMA-5 overlay. The main contents of this paper are as follows: principle, importance and characteristics of maintenance and repair of expressway, performance advantage analysis of ultrathin SMA-5, social and economic benefits of ultrathin SMA-5 with fine grain. The main content of SMA-5 Asphalt mixture mix proportion Design of SMA-5 Asphalt mixture is the design of target mix ratio of SMA-5 asphalt mixture and the design of production mix ratio of SMA-5 asphalt mixture and the verification of test section. The main contents of the construction scheme of fine grain type ultra-thin SMA-5 overlay layer are: construction technology, construction quality assurance, construction attention key points control. The main conclusions are as follows: the fine grain SMA-5 has good road performance, social and economic benefits, and the volume index of the mixture can meet the requirements of specifications. The standard production mix ratio can be used as the basis of large area construction. The construction scheme is feasible and can be widely used in the preventive maintenance of expressway pavement and the overlay of expressway pavement maintenance.
