寒冷地区桥面铺装沥青混凝土结构及材料设计研究

【摘要】:桥面铺装作为桥面板的防护部分,能大大缓和行车对桥面板的冲击和满足行车平稳的要求,铺装层的质量好坏不仅关系着行车驾驶的安全问题,还影响到整个桥梁在使用阶段的经济效益。在寒冷地区,由于冬季温度较低,桥面铺装更容易出现低温开裂,雨雪也更容易侵入到桥面板,对整个桥梁结构造成严重的危害。而且,由于冬季气温低,施工的和易性受到了较大挑战,需要添加温拌剂来降低拌合和压实温度以保证沥青混凝土的性能满足要求。本文考虑到寒冷地区的气候特征,对桥面铺装的结构和材料设计作了相关分析和探究,主要成果如下:1.考虑到寒冷地区的气候特点,结合有限元分析结果对桥面铺装结构设计为:“4cmSBS改性沥青混凝土(AC-13)+5cm中粒式沥青混凝土(AC-16)+防水粘结层”,并对防水粘结层作了系统的归纳总结。为保证在冬天的寒冷条件下正常施工,建议采用DAT-H5温拌剂制备沥青混合料。2.根据上、下铺装层的功能及使用要求,设计出合理的级配和最佳沥青用量。通过室内试验对各结构层沥青混凝土进行了路用性能检测,试验结果表明两种级配均可满足路用性能要求。3.加入10%的DAT-H5温拌剂后,当拌合温度从100℃增加到130℃,温拌改性沥青粘度大幅降低;当拌合温度达到并超过130℃后,掺加DAT-H5的温拌改性沥青与未掺加温拌剂的沥青布氏粘度基本相同,这表明在100℃~130℃之间,DAT-H5对沥青有着明显的降粘作用。4.通过变温马歇尔击实试验,确定了掺量为10%的DAT-H5对沥青混合料拌和温度的降幅为25℃左右。5.对掺加DAT-H5的温拌沥青混合料进行路用性能试验,结果表明:DAT-H5可以提高沥青混合料的高温抗车辙能力和抗水损坏能力,对低温抗裂性则有微小的降低,但仍满足性能规范要求。6.针对长春地区的气候特点,结合上述研究的成果,提出了适合桥面铺装的施工方案,对将来应用于实际工程提供了参考。
[Abstract]:As the protective part of bridge deck, bridge deck pavement can greatly alleviate the impact of driving on bridge deck and meet the requirements of smooth driving. The quality of pavement is not only related to the safety of driving. It also affects the economic benefit of the whole bridge in the service stage. In the cold area, because of the low temperature in winter, the bridge deck pavement is prone to cracking at low temperature, and the rain and snow can easily invade the bridge deck, causing serious harm to the whole bridge structure. Moreover, due to the low temperature in winter, the ease of construction is greatly challenged, so it is necessary to add warm mixing agent to reduce the mixing and compaction temperature to ensure that the performance of asphalt concrete can meet the requirements. In this paper, the structure and material design of bridge deck pavement are analyzed and explored in consideration of the climatic characteristics in cold regions. The main results are as follows: 1. Considering the climatic characteristics of cold regions, the bridge deck pavement structure is designed as "4cmSBS modified asphalt concrete (AC-13) 5cm waterproofing adhesive layer" with the result of finite element analysis, and the waterproofing adhesive layer is systematically summarized. In order to ensure the normal construction of bituminous mixture under the cold winter conditions, it is suggested that the DAT-H5 warm mix agent be used to prepare the asphalt mixture. 2. According to the function and application requirement of upper and lower paving layer, the reasonable gradation and optimum asphalt content are designed. The pavement performance of asphalt concrete of each structure layer is tested by indoor test. The test results show that the two gradation can meet the requirements of road performance. 3.
