道路客运班线集约化改造效果的后评价研究
[Abstract]:The road passenger shift line is one of the basic elements of the road passenger transport system, which undertakes the travel task of the intercity, urban and rural passengers. In recent years, in order to improve the route management and vehicle operation organization problems caused by extensive operation, many urban traffic authorities have begun to carry out intensive transformation of each road passenger transport line one by one. However, many urban traffic authorities, line management enterprises often only attach importance to the implementation of line intensive transformation process, after the transformation of the line effect, the operation situation has not been timely follow-up summary and evaluation. This leads to the lack of timely detection and feedback of the problems that appear after the intensive transformation, so that the countermeasures can not be put forward to solve the problems. In the long run, this will inevitably affect the development of road passenger transport. Therefore, China's cities need to establish a set of post-evaluation system of the effect of intensive transformation of the road passenger train line. Firstly, the paper summarizes and defines the two parts of the intensive transformation and post-evaluation of the road passenger transport class line, respectively. And further elaborated the road passenger transport shift line intensive transformation condition, the goal as well as the post-evaluation method and the theory; secondly, the paper introduced the road passenger transport shift line intensive transformation related benefit person's concept, based on the post-evaluation method and the theory, Based on the actual situation, a set of post-evaluation system is established to evaluate the effect of intensive transformation of road passenger train line, which is based on stakeholders. Finally, Taking the intensive transformation of No. 1 road passenger line in Zibo City in 2015 as an example, this paper verifies that the post-evaluation system proposed in this paper is scientific and reasonable, and provides a theoretical basis for the intensive transformation of road passenger transport class line.
