桥梁建设期BIM技术研究

【摘要】:BIM技术诞生于上世纪七十年代,不同的国家和不同的行业都在不断探索BIM所创造的价值。现阶段,工民建和轨道交通等一些领域BIM技术部分功能已推广使用,但是以碰撞检测、施工模拟等应用居多,BIM数字化协同管理的核心思想并未得到充分的体现。公路桥梁行业的相关研究工作刚刚起步,国内一些学者针对于桥梁的建设期BIM提出了部分解决方案,但是大部分方案处于构思节段并未产生真正的实际效益。BIM技术针对于桥梁建设期是一种全新的理念和工作方式,论文在对桥梁建设期BIM技术研究现状和现场业务需求深入分析的基础上,开展桥梁建设期BIM技术研究。主要研究内容如下:(1)对桥梁建设期BIM应用的关键技术进行了研究分析,研究包括桥梁建设期BIM模型应用关键技术的分析,BIM在桥梁建设管理中的应用分析和桥梁建设期BIM模型创建的关键技术。(2)深入研究了基于BIM模型的协同管理平台的技术难点,包括图形平台的选择,模型进入图形平台技术。(3)针对于超大型桥梁构件多,关系复杂的特点,构建了EBS编码技术体系框架,使得每个构件均具有独立唯一的编码,实现对构件的精确定位和信息关联。同时针对于模型建立过程中EBS编码重复性输入输出工作进行软件的二次开发。(4)搭建桥梁施工期BIM协同管理平台的可移动数据终端的管理架构并针对于工程进度和质量安全隐患排查的业务流程形成落地解决方案。本文结合在建项目-虎门二桥,进行桥梁建设期BIM的实践应用,实践应用包括图纸审核,碰撞检测等基础性应用,同时将协同管理平台移动端成功应用于工程形象进度和质量安全隐患排查。
[Abstract]:BIM technology was born in the seventies of last century. Different countries and different industries are constantly exploring the value created by BIM. At present, the functions of BIM technology in some fields such as civil engineering and rail transit have been popularized and used, but the core idea of digital cooperative management based on collision detection and construction simulation has not been fully reflected. The related research work of highway bridge industry has just started, some domestic scholars have put forward some solutions to the bridge construction period BIM. But the fact that most of the projects are in the stage of conception does not produce real actual benefits. BIM technology is a completely new concept and working method for the bridge construction period. Based on the analysis of the present situation of BIM technology and the demand of field operation during bridge construction period, the paper carries out the research of BIM technology in bridge construction period. The main research contents are as follows: (1) the key technologies of BIM application in bridge construction period are studied and analyzed. The research includes the analysis of the key technology of BIM model application in bridge construction period and the key technology of building BIM model during bridge construction period. (2) the technical difficulties of collaborative management platform based on BIM model are deeply studied. Including the choice of graphics platform, the model into the graphics platform technology. (3) aiming at the characteristics of the super-large bridge with many components and complex relationships, the EBS coding technology framework is constructed, which makes each component have independent and unique coding. The accurate location and information association of components are realized. At the same time, the second development of the software for the repetitive input and output work of EBS coding in the process of modeling is carried out. (4) the management framework of the mobile data terminal based on the BIM cooperative management platform during the bridge construction period is built, and the management structure of the mobile data terminal is aimed at the progress of the project. Quality and safety hidden trouble check the business process to form a landing solution. In this paper, the practical application of BIM in the period of bridge construction is carried out in conjunction with the project under construction-Humen second Bridge. The practical application includes drawing verification, collision detection and other basic applications. At the same time, the mobile terminal of collaborative management platform is successfully applied to the hidden trouble detection of project image, progress and quality.
