电动汽车充换电站运营关键问题研究

【摘要】:电动汽车是未来最具有发展潜力的交通工具,在节能减排和能源的高效利用方面都具有重要意义,电动汽车接入电网充电已经成为智能电网发展的重要组成部分。电动汽车作为新兴事物,当前对于如何制定充换电服务价格还未有深入的研究,也缺乏相关可借鉴的资料。其本体建设及运营成本等问题已成为制约电动汽车发展的重要因素。此外,大量电动汽车的充电行为会给电网正常运行带来较大的影响。电动汽车充电方式的多样性、充电时间、地点的无序性对电网的冲击也是电动汽车大规模应用中必须要解决的问题。文章概述了电动汽车充换电设施在国内外的研究动态,介绍了电动汽车行业的现状及发展趋势,并提出了南京市江宁区充换电站建设的现实需要,为本文的后续研究奠定了基础。以南京市江宁药科大学电动汽车充换电站为例简要介绍了充换电站具体的规模及配置,分析了电动公交车的充换电需求及运行调度模型,在统计调研相关成本数据的基础上建立电动汽车充换电站成本分析模型。最后,针对充换电站的插充模式运行,分析了插充模式下电动汽车用户的充电需求,研究了峰谷分时电价时段优化划分的方法,在此基础上建立了基于分时电价的插充模式控制策略优化模型,求解得到在连续充电和间隔充电两种场景下电动汽车各时刻的最优充电功率。
[Abstract]:Electric vehicle (EV) is the most promising vehicle in the future. It is of great significance in energy saving and emission reduction and energy efficient utilization. Electric vehicle connected to power grid charging has become an important part of smart grid development. As a new thing, electric vehicle has not been studied deeply on how to set the price of charging and switching service. Noumenon construction and operation cost have become an important factor restricting the development of electric vehicles. In addition, the charging behavior of a large number of electric vehicles will have a greater impact on the normal operation of the power grid. The variety of charging modes, the disorder of charging time and location on the electric network are also the problems that must be solved in the large-scale application of electric vehicles. This paper summarizes the research trends of electric vehicle charging and switching facilities at home and abroad, introduces the current situation and development trend of electric vehicle industry, and puts forward the practical need for the construction of charging and changing power station in Jiangning District, Nanjing City. It lays a foundation for the further study of this paper. Taking the charging and changing power station of electric vehicle of Jiangning Pharmaceutical University in Nanjing as an example, the specific scale and configuration of charging and changing power station are briefly introduced, and the charging and changing demand and operation dispatching model of electric bus are analyzed. Based on the related cost data, the cost analysis model of electric vehicle recharge power station is established. Finally, in view of the charging mode operation of the charging power station, the charging demand of the electric vehicle users under the plugging mode is analyzed, and the method of optimizing the time interval division of peak and valley time-sharing electricity price is studied. On the basis of this, the optimal control strategy model of plugging mode based on time-sharing price is established, and the optimal charging power of electric vehicle at each moment is obtained under the two scenarios of continuous charging and interval charging.
