高瓦斯隧道作业机械防爆及自诊断功能的实现和应用

【摘要】:针对目前高瓦斯隧道施工机械防爆改装存在的问题,文章依据《柴油车防爆标准》及相关技术规范设计了一种高瓦斯隧道作业机械智能防爆装置。当隧道中瓦斯浓度达到或者超过规范允许的最高浓度时,装置控制作业机械熄火、断电并将作业机械闭锁;当作业机械排气系统温度达到或超过规范规定的最高温度时装置进行喷淋降温,防止排气系统高温点爆瓦斯。同时,为增加装置可靠性,设计了设备故障闭锁、水位异常闭锁以及排气系统温度超限闭锁等三个安全闭锁系统。实践证明,智能防爆装置具有安装快速、使用简捷、运行安全的特点,可以达到防爆的作用。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems existing in the explosion prevention and refit of construction machinery for high gas tunnel at present, this paper designs a kind of intelligent explosion-proof device for construction machinery of high gas tunnel according to the explosion-proof standard of diesel vehicle and related technical specifications. When the gas concentration in the tunnel reaches or exceeds the maximum allowable concentration of gas in the tunnel, the device controls the operation machinery to stall, power off and lock the working machinery; When the working mechanical exhaust system temperature reaches or exceeds the maximum temperature specified in the specification, the device carries out spray cooling to prevent the exhaust system from igniting gas at high temperature. At the same time, in order to increase the reliability of the device, three safety latch-up systems are designed, such as fault locking, abnormal water level locking and temperature overlimit latchup of exhaust system. The practice shows that the intelligent explosion-proof device has the characteristics of quick installation, simple use, safe operation, and can achieve explosion-proof effect.
