车联网中基于OBD的车辆信息采集系统的硬件优化设计及EMC测试
[Abstract]:With the development of vehicle networking technology, cars become more electronic and intelligent, which provides people with a more intelligent and comfortable driving environment. It is of great significance to people's travel and road traffic safety. The realization of vehicle networking needs to rely on the data communication network built up by vehicles, pedestrians and roads to realize the data interconnection of network nodes. The vehicle information acquisition system based on OBD is an important part of the data information communication network in the vehicle network. It provides data support for the construction of the complete Internet system by cooperating with the Android terminal platform and background server. Firstly, the paper studies the research status and development trend of vehicle networking and vehicle information acquisition system. According to the basic functional requirements and design principles of vehicle information collection system, the overall design scheme of the system is put forward. The key technologies used in the system design are studied, including OBD system and OBD-II communication standard protocol. In addition, the theory of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and the design of hardware module of vehicle information acquisition system are studied and introduced in detail. Secondly, the hardware module of vehicle information acquisition system based on OBD is designed, and the implementation of core functions in the software is introduced. The hardware module is divided into four parts: the power supply part, the main chip and its minimum system interface circuit, Bluetooth communication circuit, and the design of PCB. The electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) (EMC) design of vehicle information acquisition hardware module is considered in the design. The core functions of the software include the realization of Bluetooth communication between OBD system and Android terminal, the realization of vehicle information collection and the realization of remote data transmission. Finally, the paper carries on the actual vehicle test to the designed vehicle information collection module, verifies the function realization and the working stability of the module, and carries on the EMC test to the hardware module in the EMC testing center. The interference performance of the module to the outside world and the immunity performance of the module in the complex electromagnetic environment are tested.
