高速公路隧道照明智能节电技术应用研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着科技的不断进步,大量的高桥隧比高速公路在不断增加,基于行车安全以及运营管理需要,隧道机电系统设置功能日益完善,其中隧道照明是安全行车和管理的基本保障,是高速隧道机电系统的关键部分。由于高消耗和电网的不稳定,造成了大量的电能浪费,照明节电自动化程度几乎为零,所以研究、设计以及推广新型照明节电及监控自动化管理,有效提高电力资源利用率是非常及时和必要的。本文根据陕西省高速公路隧道照明运营管理现状,结合现有照明控制方式,利用了有载调压的方式,设计出一种新型照明节电监控自动化系统。该系统是在现代计算机控制技术的基础上,将采集到照明回路中的电压通过ZIGBEE无线通信传给智能节电柜,再通过智能节电柜将电压信息传给上位监控计算机,通过对比由上位机发出控制指令,对输入电压进行调控,实现照明智能管理与节能的自动化。首先,本文分析了高速公路隧道照明智能节电技术现状,结合现有高速公路隧道照明控制方式及用电过程中存在的问题,提出了智能化控制解决方案;其次,本文研究设计了隧道照明智能节电控制系统的总体结构,并设计了隧道照明智能节电监控系统的主要设备节电柜、单灯控制器的具体电路图、具体设计参数、端子图、安装图等,通过ZIGBEE无线通讯方式,解决了监控分中心上位机与智能节电柜、智能节电柜与单灯控制器之间控制回路的通讯传输;第三,综合各方面因素,设计了隧道智能节电监控系统的软件。主要包括隧道智能节电控制系统的总体架构、软件总体功能、软件业务流程和界面。最后,将本文的技术及软件系统应运于神府高速卧龙湾隧道和商漫下口子隧道,通过数据统计和对比,证明本文的技术研究应用基本能够达到一定的节能作用。通过在神府高速公路卧虎湾隧道和商漫下口子隧道的实践应用证明,本文所设计的隧道照明智能节电监控自动化系统,设计原理和方法正确,达到了预期的研究目的,基本满足隧道照明节能的需要。为高速公路隧道照明运营管理节能提出了一种新的思路。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous progress of science and technology, a large number of high bridge and tunnel ratio highway is increasing. Due to the need of traffic safety and operation management, the function of tunnel electromechanical system is becoming more and more perfect. Tunnel lighting is the basic guarantee of safe driving and management, and the key part of high-speed tunnel electromechanical system. Because of the high consumption and the instability of the power grid, a lot of electric energy is wasted, and the automation degree of lighting energy saving is almost zero, so the research, design and promotion of new lighting power saving and monitoring automation management are studied, designed and popularized. It is very timely and necessary to improve the utilization ratio of electric power resources effectively. According to the current situation of lighting operation and management of highway tunnel in Shaanxi province, combined with the existing lighting control mode and the mode of on-load voltage regulation, a new automatic system of lighting power saving monitoring is designed in this paper. Based on the modern computer control technology, the voltage collected in the lighting loop is transmitted to the intelligent power saving cabinet through ZIGBEE wireless communication, and then the voltage information is transmitted to the upper monitor computer through the intelligent power saving cabinet. By comparing the control commands issued by the upper computer, the input voltage is regulated to realize the automation of intelligent lighting management and energy saving. First of all, this paper analyzes the current situation of intelligent power saving technology of expressway tunnel lighting, combining with the existing highway tunnel lighting control mode and the existing problems in the process of electricity use, put forward an intelligent control solution; secondly, This paper studies and designs the overall structure of the intelligent power saving control system for tunnel lighting, and designs the main equipment of the intelligent power saving monitoring system for tunnel lighting, the specific circuit diagram of the single lamp controller, the specific design parameters, the terminal diagram, the main equipment of the tunnel lighting intelligent power saving monitoring system. Installation diagram and so on, through ZIGBEE wireless communication mode, has solved the communication transmission between the upper computer and the intelligent power saving cabinet, the intelligent power saving cabinet and the single lamp controller of the monitoring sub-center; third, synthesizes the various factors, The software of tunnel intelligent power saving monitoring system is designed. It mainly includes the overall structure of the tunnel intelligent power saving control system, the overall function of the software, the software business process and the interface. Finally, the technology and software system of this paper should be used in the Shenfu High Speed Wolong Bay Tunnel and the Shangmanxiaozi Tunnel. Through the data statistics and comparison, it is proved that the research and application of this paper can basically achieve a certain energy saving effect. Through the practice and application in Huhu Bay Tunnel and Shangmanxia Tunnel of Shenfu Expressway, it is proved that the design principle and method of the intelligent power saving monitoring automation system for tunnel lighting designed in this paper is correct, and the expected research purpose is achieved. Basically meet the tunnel lighting energy saving needs. A new way of thinking is put forward for the operation and management of highway tunnel lighting.
