绿色施工技术在地铁盾构施工中的应用研究

【摘要】:地铁作为一种绿色交通模式,能很好的解决城市交通拥堵和环境污染等问题,是城市发展过程中践行“可持续发展观”的重要环节。绿色施工以“四节一环保”为目标,在贯彻国家、行业和地方的相关政策,满足建筑物相关功能的前提下,因地制宜,最大限度的节约资源,降低能耗,减少施工过程中对环境、资源产生的负面影响。将“可持续发展”理念延伸到地铁的建造过程中,对地铁进行“绿色建造”,实现地铁建设的“四节一环保”,这种以综合效益最大化为目标的建造模式也是地铁建设的必然趋势。由于地质条件和周边环境的复杂性及难预见性,地铁隧道盾构施工是地铁建造过程中难度最大、危险系数最高且资源消耗最多的单位工程之一。依托江西省科技支撑计划项目《南昌地铁土压盾构施工安全及环境保护关键技术研究》,在基于保证工程质量、安全的前提下,将地铁盾构掘进施工特点与绿色施工要求相结合,探讨绿色施工技术在工程中的具体应用。1、在盾构施工中,合理的盾构选型是进行绿色施工的前提,将绿色施工理念引入到本工程盾构选型中,从而确定本工程采用土压平衡盾构法施工;通过对渣土改良系统进行优化及采用保压泵装置(由拖式混凝土泵优化改装而成)出渣技术,以解决土压平衡盾构在富水砂(卵)砾地层施工时难以有效控制喷涌的难题,保证盾构施工的安全,取得了显著的经济效益。2、依据南昌地铁1号线某标段的工程数据,针对土压平衡盾构施工中的绿色施工因素进行了分析,指出了本工程各种资源消耗的特点及对环境的主要影响因素;引入价值工程理论,确定了隧道土体开挖、盾构推进和同步注浆三个功能应作为进行技术优化的重点研究对象。3、基于价值分析结果,结合工程实际进行绿色施工技术应用、创新;对盾构刀具修复及保护刀再制造技术、同步射流泥饼防治技术和施工废水循环利用技术进行了应用分析。结果表明在盾构施工中采用绿色施工技术能显著的提高施工效率,降低能耗,有效规避工程风险,进而实现工程“四节一环保”的目标。
[Abstract]:As a green traffic mode, subway can solve the problems of urban traffic congestion and environmental pollution. It is an important link in the process of urban development to practice the concept of sustainable development. Green construction takes "four sections and one environmental protection" as the goal, under the premise of carrying out the relevant policies of the country, industry and local to satisfy the related functions of the buildings, it can save resources and reduce energy consumption to the maximum extent according to the local conditions. Reduce the negative impact on environment and resources during construction. The concept of "sustainable development" is extended to the process of subway construction, and "green construction" is carried out to realize the "four sections and one environmental protection" of subway construction. This kind of construction mode aiming at maximization of comprehensive benefit is also the inevitable trend of subway construction. Due to the complexity and unpredictability of geological conditions and surrounding environment, shield tunneling is one of the most difficult, dangerous and resource consuming unit projects in subway construction. Based on Jiangxi Province Science and Technology support Project < study on the key Technologies of Construction Safety and Environmental Protection of Nanchang Metro Earth pressure Shield Machine, based on the guarantee of engineering quality and safety, the construction characteristics of subway shield tunneling are combined with the green construction requirements. This paper discusses the concrete application of green construction technology in engineering. In shield construction, reasonable shield type selection is the premise of green construction. The concept of green construction is introduced into the shield type selection of this project. It is determined that the construction of the project is based on the earth pressure balance shield method, and through the optimization of the residual soil improvement system and the adoption of the pressure retaining pump device (modified by the optimized modification of the towed concrete pump), In order to solve the problem that it is difficult for earth pressure balance shield to control the gush effectively in the construction of water-rich sand (egg) gravel stratum, and to ensure the safety of shield construction, remarkable economic benefit is obtained. According to the engineering data of a certain section of Nanchang Metro Line 1, This paper analyzes the green construction factors in the construction of earth pressure balance shield, points out the characteristics of various resource consumption and the main influencing factors on the environment of the project, and introduces the theory of value engineering to determine the excavation of the tunnel soil. The three functions of shield tunneling and synchronous grouting should be regarded as the key research object of technical optimization. Based on the results of value analysis, the green construction technology should be applied and innovated in combination with the engineering practice. The application of synchronous jet mud cake prevention technology and construction wastewater recycling technology was analyzed. The results show that green construction technology can significantly improve construction efficiency, reduce energy consumption, effectively avoid engineering risks, and achieve the goal of "four sections and one environmental protection" in shield construction.
