上海陆家嘴智能停车诱导系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着私家车的拥有量的迅速提升,各大中城市的机动车保有量也迅速提升,现有的城市停车资源已经难以满足日益迅速增长的停车需求,乱停车、交通拥堵、停车难的矛盾已经日益加剧。所以如何利用现有资源、如何利用高科技智能手段缓解城市交通难题,除了实施和提升高效的管理水平,还需要运用先进的信息技术、数据通讯传输技术以及计算机技术建立相应的智能停车诱导系统,以改善日益突出的停车难矛盾。本系统平台主要就上海陆家嘴地区城市停车诱导系统与大型停车场停车智能引导系统,它通过多级信息屏发布相应的停车位信息,信息屏发布的信息包括了停车场(库)的位置、车位数和空满状态等信息,诱导驾驶员进行高效停车。它对于调节停车需求在时间和空间分布上的不均匀、提高停车设施使用率、减少由于寻找停车场而产生的道路交通、减少为了停车造成的等待时间、提高整个城市的运行效率、同时提高了停车场的收入、而且同时又增加了上海陆家嘴金融城的经贸活动效率等各个方面均有重要的作用。智能停车与诱导系统。智能停车与诱导系统可提高驾驶员停车的效率,减少因停车难而导致的交通拥堵、能源消耗的问题,包括两方面内容:一是对出行市民发布相关停车场、停车位、停车路线指引的信息,引导驾驶员抵达指定的停车区域;二是停车的电子化管理,实现停车位的预定、识别、自动计时收费等。智能停车诱导系统是将先进的信息技术、数据通讯传输技术、电子传感技术、电子控制技术及计算机处理技术等有效的集成运用于整个地面交通管理系统而建立的一种在大范围内、全方位发挥作用的实时、准确、高教的综合交通运输管理系统。目前在中国大陆,特别是沿海城市,有限的停车位,以及缺乏有效的道路指引,制约着我国许多大城市的发展,通过增加车位的手段基本无法解决停车难的问题和矛盾,而且施工周期长且车位的造价昂贵,同时城市的规划和土地使用也制约了停车位的增加。“智能停车诱导系统”是一套合理完善的解决方案。本文就是对智能停车诱导系统的总体结构、诱导方法、实现方法及其系统功能等问题进行探讨研究。
[Abstract]:With the rapid increase of private car ownership, the number of motor vehicles in large and medium-sized cities has also increased rapidly. The existing urban parking resources have been unable to meet the growing demand for parking, random parking, traffic congestion, The contradiction of parking difficulty has become more and more serious. Therefore, how to use existing resources and how to use high-tech intelligent means to alleviate urban traffic problems, in addition to implementing and improving the level of efficient management, we also need to use advanced information technology. The data communication technology and computer technology are used to establish the intelligent parking guidance system to improve the increasingly prominent parking difficulties. This system platform mainly focuses on Shanghai Lujiazui urban parking guidance system and large-scale parking intelligent guidance system, which publishes the corresponding parking space information through multi-level information screen. The information released by the information screen includes the location of the parking lot, the number of parking spaces and the empty state, which induces the driver to park efficiently. It can adjust the uneven distribution of parking demand in time and space, increase the utilization rate of parking facilities, reduce the road traffic caused by looking for parking lots, reduce the waiting time caused by parking, and improve the operation efficiency of the whole city. At the same time, it also increases the revenue of parking lot and the efficiency of economic and trade activities in Shanghai Lujiazui City. Intelligent parking and guidance system. Intelligent parking and guidance system can improve the efficiency of driver parking, reduce traffic congestion caused by parking difficulties, energy consumption problems, including two aspects: first, to issue parking spaces to the public, parking spaces, The information of the parking route guide the driver to the designated parking area; the second is the electronic management of parking, the realization of parking space reservation, identification, automatic time charge and so on. Intelligent parking guidance system is a combination of advanced information technology, data communication technology, electronic sensing technology, The electronic control technology and computer processing technology are effectively integrated into the whole ground traffic management system, and a real-time, accurate and higher education integrated transportation management system is established, which plays an all-around role in a wide range. At present, the limited parking spaces in mainland China, especially in coastal cities, and the lack of effective road guidance restrict the development of many large cities in China, and the problems and contradictions of parking difficulties can not be solved basically by means of increasing parking spaces. Moreover, the construction cycle is long and the parking space is expensive. Meanwhile, urban planning and land use restrict the increase of parking space. Intelligent parking guidance system is a reasonable and perfect solution. In this paper, the general structure, guidance method, realization method and system function of intelligent parking guidance system are discussed.
