浅析不同土质中埋地预应力钢筒混凝土管的腐蚀性及其保护措施

【摘要】:埋地管道的敷设环境和防腐性能对管材的使用寿命会产生较大影响,其中土壤种类(即土质)的影响不可忽视。预应力钢筒混凝土管(简称PCCP管)虽然具有较好的防腐性能,但是在不利情况下,如高氯离子土壤、高硫酸盐土壤等环境下,若不采取有效的防腐保护措施,则可能缩短管道的使用寿命。因此,为了对PCCP管在不同土质环境下的防腐蚀性能进行剖析,从不同土质的形成特点和机理出发,着重探讨了在高氯离子土壤、高硫酸盐含量土壤和土壤中有杂散电流干扰情况下,PCCP管的防腐蚀性能和应对措施。提出了综合的防腐保护措施,为实际工程提供参考。
[Abstract]:The laying environment and anticorrosion performance of buried pipelines have great influence on the service life of pipes, and the influence of soil type (soil quality) can not be neglected. Although PCCP pipe has good anticorrosion performance, it can not be neglected in unfavorable conditions, such as high chloride ion soil, high sulfate soil and so on. Therefore, in order to analyze the anti-corrosion performance of PCCP pipes in different soil environments, starting from the formation characteristics and mechanism of different soils, this paper emphatically discusses the interference of stray current in high chloride ion soil, high sulfate content soil and soil. The anticorrosion performance and Countermeasures of PCCP pipe are presented. The comprehensive anticorrosion protection measures are put forward to provide reference for practical engineering.
