基于PLC的无线车辆门禁管理系统
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing popularity of automobiles in China, the requirements of access control and information recording are increasingly prominent. Nowadays, this kind of management is implemented in two ways. One is realized by manual watching or card swiping. Both the management mode of manual watching and recording or the way of swiping credit card need to stop at a specific position, open windows, be more troublesome, and the speed is slower when entering or leaving the door. Especially in rainy, cold weather and other weather, to the driver and staff inconvenience. The other is realized by computer image recognition software, but when the computer fails, the system can not run normally, it is also affected by light, license plate fouling and other factors, and the cost is relatively high. In order to solve the above problems, the purpose of this design is to develop a low-cost new wireless vehicle access control system. The vehicle information is transmitted to the PLCs by the identification device with the vehicle identification sign, and the PLC is combined with the upper computer to manage the access control and record the information. This system will greatly improve the convenience and safety of vehicle entrance control system. In this paper, the function and structure of the wireless vehicle access control management system are introduced, and then each part is explained in detail. A general interface module with Weigand26 protocol is designed at the receiving end of vehicle identification, which can easily access the equipment with Wegan signal format to output identification information without any hardware changes, leaving room for the upgrade and perfection of the system. The superheterodyne receiving module and the wireless transmitting module PT2262 are introduced in the design. When the PT2262 in the vehicle identity recognizer transmits the wireless signal with the vehicle information, The signal adaptation module receives the signal output from the superheterodyne receiving module decodes and encodes and outputs it to PLCs, PLC records and stores, and then passes to the PC to record the information of vehicles entering and leaving. The key of this design is the communication between wireless signal and PLC, PLC and host computer. This paper introduces the communication between wireless signal and Mitsubishi FX series PLC and the communication between PLC and management computer in detail. Secondly, according to the analysis of the system requirement, the function frame and database frame of the upper computer system are designed, and the supporting management software is designed and developed by using C # programming language and SQLServer 2008 database. Finally, the paper summarizes the work done, analyzes the shortcomings of the wireless access control system, and puts forward the improvement scheme of the system. The technology involved in this paper has been granted a patent for utility model, and the related invention patent has been accepted.
