西安城市综合街区地下停车设施共享利用模式研究
[Abstract]:In our country, the total supply of parking facilities is insufficient and the utilization efficiency is low. Due to the continuous increase of the number of motor vehicles, the demand for parking facilities in cities is increasing too fast, and the expansion of parking facilities is always limited to a certain extent. Simply relying on the expansion of parking facilities has been unable to catch up with the city's demand for parking facilities. At present, the development of the big city building area in our country is changing from the expansion of the scale to the continuous comprehensive agglomeration and entering into the transition stage. At this time, many blocks of the big city building area will develop into the integrated district with mixed function. Therefore, how to activate the limited parking facilities resources in the city and improve the utilization efficiency of parking facilities is an urgent problem to be solved. The shared utilization of parking facilities is one of the solutions to this problem. Under the background of the trend of intensive urban development and the prominent problem of urban parking in China, the development of rail transit provides conditions for the integration of underground space. In this paper, the overall situation of underground parking facilities in Xi'an, the construction index of building parking and the development of Xi'an rail transit are combed through the on-the-spot survey of Xi'an urban comprehensive block. This paper summarizes the development trend of the integration of Xi'an urban blocks and the existing problems in the utilization of underground parking facilities. Then, the paper makes a deep research on the sharing and utilization of parking facilities, and expounds that through the external sharing of underground parking facilities, the demand for parking facilities of different types of buildings can be improved by combining the characteristics of parking in urban comprehensive blocks. The utilization efficiency of underground parking facilities in comprehensive blocks is improved effectively, and the factors influencing the sharing and utilization of underground parking facilities in integrated blocks are summarized. Then, on the basis of drawing lessons from domestic and foreign practical experience, from four aspects of underground space layering design, parking facility space sharing, parking facility sharing management and space environment quality optimization. The design strategy of sharing and utilization of underground parking facilities in urban comprehensive blocks is explained. In the last part of the paper, the typical urban comprehensive block of Xi'an, Yongning Men section, is selected. By combing the present situation of underground space utilization and analyzing the characteristics of underground parking, the mode of realizing the sharing and utilization of underground parking facilities in this area is put forward.
