城市高架桥采用大跨径承台梁跨越地铁车站设计研究

【摘要】:沈阳市迎宾路高架桥工程部分线位与地铁1号线重叠,桥梁基础为避开地铁车站及区间,采用大跨度预应力承台梁接桩基方案跨越地铁结构。本文以该工程为背景,采用实体单元建立有限元模型,对典型跨度承台梁的施工及使用阶段进行受力分析。计算结果表明,设计方案安全可靠。为保证承台梁施工及运营期间地铁车站的结构安全,采用压顶梁、桩基础钢护筒跟进工艺、承台梁分部浇筑等施工措施,有效解决了车站结构主体抗浮问题,确保桥梁结构荷载不传递至车站结构主体。
[Abstract]:Some lines of the viaduct project of Yingbin Road in Shenyang City overlap with Metro Line 1. The bridge foundation is to avoid the subway station and section, and the long-span prestressed cap beam connecting pile foundation scheme is adopted to span the subway structure. Based on this project, the finite element model is established by using solid element, and the stress analysis of typical span cap girder is carried out in the stage of construction and use. The calculation results show that the design scheme is safe and reliable. In order to ensure the structural safety of the subway station during the construction and operation of the cap beam, the construction measures, such as pressing the top beam, following up the steel tube of the pile foundation and the partial pouring of the cap beam, have effectively solved the problem of anti-floating of the main body of the station structure. Ensure that the load of bridge structure is not transferred to the main body of station structure.
