在役预应力混凝土斜拉桥索力和混凝土强度无损检测技术研究

【摘要】:随着大跨桥梁结构的应用与发展,其耐久性成为人们关注的焦点。斜拉桥因其造型美观、受力合理而被广泛建造。在建成多年的大跨斜拉桥中,钢筋锈蚀、拉索腐蚀等是此类结构耐久性失效形式中最为严重的类型,也是其破坏的主要原因。因此,定期检测大跨预应力混凝土斜拉桥显得尤为重要。目前已有的检测技术主要有破损检测技术、半破损检测技术和无损检测技术三大类。本文着重详细地介绍了预应力混凝土斜拉桥混凝土强度和拉索索力检测的方法,包括回弹法、超声回弹综合法、钻芯法检测混凝土的强度;基频法、千斤顶压力表测定法测斜拉索的索力。论文以重庆某斜拉桥为例,完成了斜拉桥混凝土强度检测以及恒载下索力检测,然后将这些方法的检测结果进行对比分析,拟合出一个公式使检测值更接近于真实值,并根据检测结果对在役斜拉桥的运营状况进行评估,再针对评估结果提出相应的加固养护建议,为后续预应力混凝土斜拉桥检测提供了参考。
[Abstract]:With the application and development of long span bridge structure, its durability has become the focus of attention. The cable-stayed bridge is widely built because of its beautiful shape and reasonable force. In the long-span cable-stayed bridge which has been built for many years the corrosion of steel bars and cables is the most serious type of durability failure of this kind of structure and the main reason of its failure. Therefore, it is very important to detect long-span prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge regularly. At present, there are three kinds of detection techniques: damage detection, semi-damage detection and non-destructive testing. In this paper, the testing methods of concrete strength and cable force of prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge are introduced in detail, including springback method, ultrasonic springback synthesis method, drill core method to detect concrete strength, fundamental frequency method, and so on. Determination of cable force of stay cables by Jack pressure gauge. Taking a cable-stayed bridge in Chongqing as an example, the concrete strength detection of cable-stayed bridge and cable force detection under dead load are completed. Then the test results of these methods are compared and analyzed, and a formula is fitted to make the detection value closer to the real value. According to the test results, the operation condition of the cable-stayed bridge in service is evaluated, and the corresponding reinforcement and maintenance suggestions are put forward in view of the evaluation result, which provides a reference for the subsequent detection of the prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge.
