电动汽车充电设施建设的研究

【摘要】:面对全球性的能源危机和环境污染问题,世界各国都在大力推进电动汽车的发展。电动汽车充电设施是发展电动汽车所必需的基础设施,其建设类型、规模及运营模式直接制约着电动汽车产业的发展,因此必须选择合适的充电设施建设和运营模式。本文对不同类型电动汽车的充电需求进行了分析,重点研究了三种典型公共快速充电站的建设模式、建设规模及布局情况。根据北京市电动汽车发展规划,结合北京市现状及市政规划、公共交通规划、电网规划等,分析了P+R换乘停车场所、科技文化区、4S店、加油站、售电网点、大型商场超市、高速公路服务区等地建设充电站点的可行性,考虑北京市2017年电动汽车发展规模及充电的需求,做出了2017年北京市公共快速充电网络规划。为研究充电设施建设的经济性,本文对各类典型充电设施的投资和运营成本进行了测算,通过分析典型充电设施的充电特性,结合现有的充电电价政策,计算了典型充电设施的投资回收期,得出了目前交流充电桩具有较好的经济性而其他类型的充电设施经济价值较低的结论。由于充电设施建设还具有一定社会效益,因此最终充电设施建设需要进行综合考虑来确定。
[Abstract]:In the face of global energy crisis and environmental pollution, countries all over the world are vigorously promoting the development of electric vehicles. Electric vehicle charging facility is the necessary infrastructure for the development of electric vehicle. Its construction type, scale and operation mode directly restrict the development of electric vehicle industry, so it is necessary to choose the appropriate charging facility construction and operation mode. In this paper, the charging requirements of different types of electric vehicles are analyzed, and the construction modes, construction scale and layout of three typical public rapid charging stations are studied. According to the development plan of electric vehicles in Beijing, combined with the current situation of Beijing and municipal planning, public transportation planning, power network planning, etc., this paper analyzes the P R transfer parking place, science and technology culture area, 4S shop, gas station, selling power grid point, large shopping mall supermarket, etc. In view of the feasibility of constructing charging stations in expressway service area and considering the development scale and charging demand of electric vehicles in Beijing in 2017, the public rapid charging network planning of Beijing in 2017 has been made. In order to study the economy of charging facilities construction, this paper calculates the investment and operation cost of various typical charging facilities, analyzes the charging characteristics of typical charging facilities, and combines with the existing charging price policy. The investment payback period of typical charging facilities is calculated and the conclusion is drawn that the current AC charging pile has better economy and other types of charging facilities have lower economic value. Since the construction of charging facilities also has certain social benefits, the final charging facilities construction needs comprehensive consideration to determine.
