高速公路施工区交通安全分析与评价方法研究

【摘要】:高速公路运输业的快速发展促进了经济的繁荣,但是经济发展所带来的交通量的增长超出了高速公路规划时的预测量,这使得高速公路提前破损和老化,行车服务水平降低,不能与快速增长的交通量相适应。高速公路在运营一定年限后,需要对路面进行局部施工维护,保证高速公路的使用质量和服务水平。为了保障行车安全,降低事故危险系数,保持高速公路的良好运营环境,在运营期间需要及时养护和维修高速公路,消除安全隐患,提高高速公路的抗灾害能力。高速公路上将会有更多的改扩建施工区段,研究改扩建施工区的相关问题,确保施工区交通安全,成为日益突出的首要工作。论文首先从施工区交通特性分析,研究高速公路交通各要素的特征,分析各个要素之间的相互影响,即交通流的特性。交通特性的分析是高速公路施工区交通安全管理与控制的基础和科学依据。为保障高速公路的服务水平,对影响改扩建施工区交通安全的因素进行研究分析,使得高速公路在改扩建工程施工过程中,既不全部封闭道路,又要满足行车安全的需求,经济效益达到可观的期望值。其次,研究合理设置施工区的长度,一方面尽量减少施工区对车辆通行能力的影响,减少交通隐患和交通事故;另一方面能够综合考虑有利于施工作业,使施工成本稳定在一个合理的区间。优化的施工区长度达到诱导交通流的流向,降低施工区车辆拥堵的几率,防止事故发生的目的。最后,采用多级模糊综合评价法,选取评价指标,对指标量化处理,确定指标权重,建立施工区交通安全评价模型,结合工程实例对施工区交通安全进行综合评价并验证评价模型的适用性。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of the expressway transportation industry has promoted the economic prosperity, but the growth of the traffic volume brought by the economic development has exceeded the forecast amount of the expressway planning, which makes the expressway damaged and aging ahead of time, and the driving service level is reduced. It can't keep pace with the rapid growth of traffic. After running for a certain number of years, the expressway needs to carry on the partial construction maintenance to ensure the use quality and the service level of the expressway. In order to ensure the driving safety, reduce the accident risk coefficient and maintain the good operating environment of the expressway, it is necessary to maintain and maintain the expressway in time during the operation, eliminate the hidden danger of safety, and improve the anti-disaster ability of the expressway. There will be more reconstruction and extension sections on the expressway. It is increasingly important to study the related problems of the reconstruction and extension construction area and to ensure the traffic safety in the construction area. Firstly, from the analysis of traffic characteristics in the construction area, this paper studies the characteristics of each element of expressway traffic, and analyzes the interaction between each element, that is, the characteristics of traffic flow. The analysis of traffic characteristics is the basis and scientific basis of traffic safety management and control in expressway construction area. In order to ensure the service level of the expressway, the factors affecting the traffic safety in the reconstruction and extension construction area are studied and analyzed, which makes the expressway not only close the road but also meet the requirements of the traffic safety during the construction process of the reconstruction and extension project. Economic benefits reach considerable expectations. Secondly, the reasonable setting of the length of the construction area is studied. On the one hand, the influence of the construction area on the capacity of the vehicle is reduced as far as possible, and the traffic hidden trouble and traffic accident can be reduced; on the other hand, the comprehensive consideration can be beneficial to the construction operation. Make the construction cost stable in a reasonable range. The optimized length of construction area can induce the flow of traffic, reduce the probability of traffic congestion and prevent accidents. Finally, the multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted, the evaluation index is selected, the quantification of the index is processed, the index weight is determined, and the traffic safety evaluation model of the construction area is established. Combined with engineering examples, the comprehensive evaluation of traffic safety in the construction area is carried out and the applicability of the evaluation model is verified.
